Hi All, I'm a little bit confused with the limitations on bombing runs on Persian Gulf map (not tested on any other maps). My Aircraft such as B52 don't want to drop ordanance. I managed to once on some small village in Iran but that's it? I've picked an open space in the desert somewhere, put a couple of units down. My B52 is flying at 15000 ft at 450kts and when approaches the target area it always seems to turn away? Is anyone else have the same issue?

Hi all, I got a couple of questions relating to the obvious (title). I'd like to know what everyone does in this sort of situation. How can you easily switch from one target to another, or cancel lock? Currently I have to select another radar mode (1-7) then back again to what ever mode. if it was Beyond Visual Range mode (2) I even have to switch the radar back on. Even then sometimes can't select a different target. After firing one missile, do you need to keep that target locked up or can you switch to another target, or go defensive? (ie. missile still tracks)

The only thing I can think of is placing the file somewhere in particular before running it. Where would be the question

Cheers for that Rage I will do that. Need to get to more grips of SU-27 at the mo. Seems to be a sensitive aircraft. Keep spinning out during dogfights at the moment otherwise I'm definately winning. Any pointers on preventing that spin out would be good.

It downloaded a .exe file (for SU-27 vids). Doesn't seem to want to run. Is it because I've got the Steam DCS World?

Hi everyone, I have just been having a look around DCS World. By clicking in 'Missions' you get to navigate a serioes of folders. There is one called 'Training'. Each one contains sub folders but these are empty? I assumed there would be some interesting training material in here

Hi all, I'm getting to grips with the Sukhoi 27 and 33 on Flaming Cliffs 3. Never tried multiplayer yet or what custom missions are out there etc. Is anyone out there interested or currently doing virtual squadrons EU or UK the occational evening? Quite like the idea of playing with humans instead of AI.

Cancel.....I managed it. The dash to lock on to was smaller than expected. It was there to lock on. Obviously smaller craft smaller the dash in the HUD. Visit to specsavers. Post can be closed

Hi everyone. First up, I'm new to DCS world and over Christmas purchased FC3. I've been learning SU27 and SU33 intensively. Going well so far, however my first dilemma; How can you destroy drones? I can't seem to lock onto them with missiles. I'm guessing the only way is with guns? I spend a long time flying about with only two visuals of one as it flies past. Trying to track it is very difficult with no tracker (object info deliberately turned off). What's everyone else’s method on taking them out? Cheers all.
