  1. Hi guys, The update to the version 2.5.5 brought some changes to the textures which caused some issues on the actual version of this mod. Therefor I created another version which is compatible with the latest beta-version of DCS. Changelog for version 2.5.8: - New field textures for all seasons - New textures for trees for all seasons - Changes to the noise textures …and some minor changes to the .lua file The file is ready for download: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TnJFlHnqLL38ipSFOIJi_Hd-Xua5pdEv/view?usp=sharing Cheers!
  2. I am not sure why exactly these textures are causing problems but I created a hotfix which replaces these textures with the vanilla textures. Link to the file is: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FqGtbkDbLIIftTVX0oSWrXtAglcBvX1N/view?usp=sharing Please unzip and paste the content to the main folder of the mod. Overwrite old files.
  3. Hi, I could identify the problem with the missing grass on the bunker. This is fixed now. I also could locate the green texture of the antenna- Although this texture is not affected by this mod. Must be either another mod or vanilla textures. See screenshot: Unfortunately I could find any problems regarding installing and re-installing the mod on my end. I use JSGME only though.
  4. Indeed! A new version has been uploaded. Changelog for this version is: - Overall color corrections - New field textures - Small adjustments to the noise textures Enjoy!

  6. Hi guys, a new version has been uploaded. The changes are as follows: -New trees for fall & winter -New ground details (noise textures) -New winter textures for villages and cities New version is 2.5.4 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cOUraeJbvj1ZGHLpce6OPFCsy442gIcZ/view?usp=sharing Enjoy!
  7. I located and fixed the problem. It had to do with some corrupt mip maps. I also fixed a couple of other issues. You can expect another upload with the selected files soon. cheers!
  8. I see a lot of contrast in your screens. Are you using reshade? Which are your steetings for gamma? The mod works ideal with a value of 2.2.
  9. As mentioned in the previous post most of the changes are about color adjustments and more vivid looking trees. There are also changes made to the mountain tops and main noise textures for all seasons. Also numerous smaller changes to all the other textures which gives a better overall look.
  10. Hi guys, Although everybody is super excited for the release for the Tomcat right now (including myself) I wanted to release an update for my Caucasus texture mod. Most of the textures have been retouched. Especially the trees look more three-dimensional now and the colors are a bit more natural than before. The link and the images of the first post has been updated. Enjoy!
  11. Texture mod for Caucasus terrain by Starway Version 2.5.8 is out https://drive.google.com/file/d/1TnJFlHnqLL38ipSFOIJi_Hd-Xua5pdEv/view?usp=sharing Changelog for this version: - New field textures for all seasons - New textures for trees for all seasons - Changes to the noise textures …and some minor changes to the .lua file The mod should be installed via JSGME like the other mods. Unzip the file and put the content as it is into your (JSGME-) mod folder. Have fun!
  12. Hi guys, sorry for the radio-silence but I had to struggle with some personal issues and I had no time to go into modding again due to the fact that it is extremely time consuming. I will update the mod but I will need some more time to understand how the new textures are implemented.
  13. …and that is exactly how I see it :)
  14. Sure, you can try if spring or autumn suits you better. You have to deactivate the mod first via jgsme. Then you have to switch the season names of all the folders. Reactivate the mod and give it a try. But keep in mind that you can only change the textures with that method. The lightning which differs from season to season will stay the same. Anyways, I`m still wondering what causes this effect in your particular case because the contrast and saturdation of the textures have been checked many times on different monitors. Maybe you can send some screenshots?
  15. Which season are you using? Or is it a overall existing problem? Have you tried this mod without SweetFX? I strongly recommend not to use SweetFX with this mod. Specially the mip maps are very sensitive and can be affected negatively with a color correction via SweetFx
  16. Hi Folks, here is another mini-update for this mod where I made some small corrections to the mip maps of some field textures to provide better blending at the distance. https://www.mediafire.com/?3h32dh44u48t1bh Installation instruction: 1.) Deactivate original "Green Thunder" in the jgsme menu. 2.) Copy and paste the content of the zip file into your "Green Thunder"-mod folder. Overwrite files from Update 1 3.) Activate the mod again in jgsme menu. Done. Have fun! Best, SW
