In foxy I compile the joystick configuration with FC viper profile and set up game and its directory. I launch the game from Foxy and it goes through but when i used the launcher and i go from there it gives me a error saying it cant find the game directory. -

I would have to agree with you and using the ingame configurations. The problem is im not good on the fuctions that are in control option and how to make them work properly with my cougar. I tried to work with it in FC 1.1 and it was different than in FC2 and has more to it. I just need to find tutorial for setting it up that way or have somebody else that can assist with my foxy! Thanks for the help. -

And you do use COUGAR HOTAS? Does the program in FC2 can support three modes switch on my cougar like Nav, A2A, A2G? -

Do you use FC2.0? -
I did a fresh install of Cougar Hotas software that was download from http://ts.thrustmaster.com/eng/index.php?pg=view_files&gid=1&fid=3&pid=50&cid=1 and i ran it for the first time with FC viper COUGAR HOTAS profile. The results were i coulnt not get my engine to start, some of the navigations dint work for like changing lights in cockpit or turning on electronics! I dont know what i am doing wrong but i cant get off the ground and i need help. I only used the software that was downloaded from the website, since it already had foxy built into it but ive gone to official cougar hotas website and they had old files and foxy 4.0 and from reading it I got all confused and something is not right here! Ive heard there was a updated file version 2.04 but all of the links to the site are not working! I would love to use my HOTAS soon as possible!

Kombat T98 Russian Armoured Hummer
Raised_Dead85 replied to dirt-torpedo's topic in Military and Aviation
I would love to buy that thing. It can save your life compared to a compact car that can be easily crushed. -
Wow, its been a long time since Ive been on these great forums and with fully talented community. I was finally discharged honorably out of the Marine Corps and now planning to go to college and hope to journey back to my birth country (Russia). I was wondering what classes I should take that will help me out in Russia once I move there. I must remain in US for 4 more years which I can go to college during that time. I am expecting 80k GI Bill that will go to my schooling and living expenses and i am very excited about that. I have alot to learn and i wanted some feed back from English speaking Russian people that have experience in Russian military because thats what im looking at doing. Nothing else interests me in life. I love computers but only for entertainment. I just want to experience something different that I wanted to do but was adopted and brought to the US. Not all adopted Russian people turn back at there own heritage but i do. I started to feel this way when i turned about 15 years old. Anyways i just wanted to say hello to every one and i hope to see you guys in flight.:smilewink::pilotfly:

**Strickly SU-25T flyers ONLY post**
Raised_Dead85 replied to Raised_Dead85's topic in Lock On: Flaming Cliffs 1 & 2
Hmm good points guys! LOL i always fly with jammer on. Ill be turning that off. -
:DOkay guys i can already feel f-15, mig-29, and su-27 flyer already here and listening what im going to ask! If not then its a miracle!:D Anyways is it possible to fly undetected if i turn off all of my electronical devices in cockpit and not be able to be stopped unless with visual eyes? Seems to me every time i fly i get knocked out of the sky and ive been flying for about 30-60 minutes and no ground kills which is waste of time i think but maybe not! So you guys that are experts on the SU-25T you guys have any hard core tips, tricks, and performances? Please dont be afraid to share them:smilewink::joystick:

So whats is this MOD yall talkin about?
-
Well good news im getting a huge tax return so ill be getting the SIM PEDS! Awsome replies guys and thank you very much!
-
WOW that music is annoying. This world is filled with pathetic losers that dont do nothing but put people down or destroy other people property. One way i think to counter from being hacked is actually design a program which send a virus in return for a hacked website. There is possiblility its just have not been discovered!
-
My question was should i download this MOD or just keep the original settings in LOMAC FC?
-
Well im convinced that i should get peddals, now i just need to decide which ones :)
-
Isnt MOD like modded sounds and are better than the original Flammin Cliffs sounds? I was saying is this a mod to get better sounds and other stuff?
-
Guys should i get the MOD or just use the orginal that came with FC?
-
Leafer lol! THAT IS AWSOME to know though! Because i flew a four seater cessna and using the pedals to turn left and right scared the crap out of me! Instead i just used the steering wheeling looking thing. Where you pull toward you, you go up and push down go down! But i think different sized aircraft have different effect! :)
-
Wow sounds interesting! I do live in North Carolina but im in the military as of right now!
-
So you guys are telling me that fighter pilot or bomber pilots dont use pedals that much except only taxi?
-
Very good feed back thanks guys. VMFA-Blaze well its going just fine so far just finishing my year of service. Ill look into what your suggestion about simpeds and ill also look into all of the other suggested advice from you guys. I do intend to buy BS!
-
What about any news on new ATI card? :( But how much is that one going to run because im thinking about buying it and selling my 8800 ULTRA half prices for what it worths now!

:helpsmilie:Im really low on cash, truck repaires and huge upgrade! But anyways i do have some cash reserved. Well ive been flying online with just my cougar hotas! It does everying i need but it has some exceptions like in real life you wouldnt only use your stick to do everything in cockpit. I am interested in purchasing foot pedals. Should i get the pedals? Or just save money and just use the joystick power to do the steering on taxi or flying. If i should consider getting them which should i go for the CH pedals or the Saitek ones? Let me know what you guys think!:helpsmilie::D;)
