Was in Italy when I remember correctly last year, on a airshow over a lake, pilot died on the accident. He hit the dasboard with his head. The other crew member's are injured as well.

for your last link, the pilot made it, only some cuts on his head and some on his back. This happens in Austria, on the Wolfgangsee (Wolfganglake) in Salzburg on the "Air Challenge 2006". When I remember ther was some investigation on the pilot, because he flew couple times to "unsafe".:joystick: ps: he is 65 years old ;)
