I didn’t know that could happen, I’m still learning a lot of these missions. Can the hueys bring ammo to rearm the base?

Unfortunately I was not on blue so can not give more detail, hopefully a pilot of that night can bring more info. I joined later in the mission (The Tunb Identity) for Red and we had control over the islands. During that time the Blues could not take any A2A missiles so Red had complete air superiority. I’m not sure if this is a bug or purposeful.

I have not been able to save the control profiles for my controllers since the 2.5.6 updates. I noticed they added new drop downs for the controllers to save but those do not work either. I`m curious if others are having these problems also. Specifically ive been trying to save my F-16 Sim controls. I noticed when I hit save the pop up window goes back a page on the file path so I have to click back to the folder then hit save again but no joy.

UPDATE: So i've done more testing, it seems the pits synchronizing with each other is a fairly common problem. I tried the start up, all systems ready, then join, and it worked. Then we tried again no dice, however my copilot re joined and all of a sudden it was synched up again after not being synced. Then every attempt after it was back to being in the constant state of spooling up and spooling down I put up the Campaign for the Gazelle and flew with a friend, first try it started up in sync first time, worked beautifuly (until I crashed and had to restart) We attempted again and of course it wasn't synced, which presented a new problem of the NADIR never being able to align. AIR would disappear but when ERR and NAV were supposed to disappear, AIR would come back on. Since the Gazelle on his end wasn't started, and he now has control of the NADIR, the NADIR would never align. Once he left and I was in control of the NADIR it aligned propperly with AIR ERR and NAV clearing. Is there a sure fire way to ensure both pits are synced or is it just a roll of the dice?

I recently purchased the Gazelle in the most recent sale and have been enjoying every minute of it, however I've come across a pretty big issue. Every time I go into the gunner position during and after start up the aircraft never powers up. Once the pilot starts flying and moving It begins to spool up but spools down as the speed decreases so nothing powers up properlly rendering me useless. I've only had the start up be synced once, which was in a friends hosted server on Nevada, all other instances have been on Caucasus (if that means anything). Is this a known bug?

Yes I agree! It happens too often for it be properly modeled.

I've been having a problem with the Governor failing in a fight (not pushing the engine, not even in the vertical) Taking hits in the wing and the RPM shoot up as the Gov has failed. From what I can see only the wings have visible damage to them, and sometimes the tail. I can never see any damage to the engine cowling, the spinner, or the props. This could be that the damage is not modeled or something else. But when it happens I'm not in a climb so my engine is not visible to my opponent, most of the time it's nearly level flight resulting in hits to my tail or wing. I could attempt in the coming days to get some Video evidence of this occurring.

Had an awesome time on the server with a great fight over Sochi then took the fight to Gudauta. Had a discussion with a few of our fellow Red pilots and felt that the server is up for a short time. 3 hours was good for Blue flag as we had Jets but flight times are nearly doubled which means reaction time to attacks are also doubled. I propose the server be up for either 4 or 5 hours to allow some progress to be made on either side. Either way great job on the mission loads of fun! :thumbup:

Mirage 2000 appears as a clipping Su-27 on Multiplayer I was playing with a friend earlier flying the Mirage and he said my plane looked like an Su-27 with its gear up clipping into the ground. Is this a replacement LOD or a bug? I've looked around the forum and the internet and have come up with nothing as to why this is happening any ideas? Thank you!
