  1. Well as an ex airliner I have to tell you that you will need to cope with units all the time: Wind in m/s in Russia, quarts, liters....And when transitionnng over black sea you cleared from FL330 to FL110 meters! And what do you expect from French engineers!? ;-)
  2. Wanted to share my pain in connecting the ARDUINO 16U2 chip to the USBASB (usbasp thomas fischl) in order to flash the firmware. If you look at that device you will find the proper pin out http://www.dx.com/p/10-pin-to-6-pin-adapter-board-for-avrisp-usbasp-stk500-black-blue-225135 and you will be able to match it to the board http://forum.arduino.cc/index.php?topic=125908.0 When trying to communicate using AVRDUDE (under linux or windows) you will have a message like "USB ASP firmware needs to be updated" = False, it is most probably because the wiring is incorrect (10 to 6 pins)
  3. Fortress Mozdok mission 3 Mission SUCCESS...How to do it. Good day, I ve left Mozdok with no weapons, full fuel, afterburner all the way to Nalchik. Landed there, asked wingman to continue and engage ennemy while refueling in Nalchick and loading AiR to AIR weapons. Before take off told the Su25 CAS1 and 2 to attack. Again full thrust to fight at low alt the F15. When done, send the wingman back home, returned to Nalchik for refuel and rearm but that time with AIR GROUND bombs. Using the map, locate the 2 ground target on the south and destroy them. Long mission!
  4. Good day, I have 3 screens and of course, the main comms menu is on the right screen (you can move it for sure) and the "answers" from wingman/atc on the far left. So the question what is the script to modify in order to have wingman/atc responses say to the center screen? I ve searched in C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Scripts\UI\RadioCommandDialogPanel but no idea if it is there, Thanks, Alex
  5. The cockpit shadows on 1.5 Beta for the SU-27 are very bulky (tooth saw). Did someone experienced that too?
  6. I ve been following advice from the forums and trained several hours without success. Each time I hit the drogue, I`m pushed under Texaco's belly like if the fueling pipe was actually a stick. Even if I hard stick left, I`m rolling right. In real operation you have to connect with a 1-3 kts higher speed then the pipe is retracted a bit while speed is adjusted. Tried manually, auto-thrust, altitude hold, changed gains on stick... Context: Mission: Su33 Air refueling, FC3, 1.2.16
