There's plenty of pics of the A129 wearing 4xRb55H (like this one). I'll see if I can find a detailed picture of the inside of the pod.

I voted no, as well.
In the head of many players, getting a free modern jet fighter in DCS would mean: "OK, we badly need players to join our game, so you take this free fighter and do whatever you like." Which would probably end up by many blue on blue situations ("sRy m8, I'm a n00bie lol").
I don't think we need more players, we need dedicated players. People who invest time, energy... and a little bit of money ($10 is too much, seriously?).

Could you show some pics of your rubber mod, please? I had that kind of feature in mind once, but I wasn't sure it would be of any help.

That's what I was thinking. Since the issue doesn't appear in DCS 1.2, the problem is probably tied to an old driver that doesn't use DX11 properly.

Yesterday, I've done another test : in the 1.5.1 beta editor, I tried to duplicate an infantry group which had been told to embark thanks to the 1.2 editor. It did work: the new infantry group was able to embark an helicopter.
But it's still impossible to create an infantry group capable of embarking using the Embark function in the 1.5.1 editor.

I'm guessing it's linked to the fan which is on top of it. ;)
I've just tested it, nothing happens.

From the moment I've changed my old R7850 for a new GTX980, I haven't encountered this issue anymore.

When I make an embark/disembark mission using the stable 1.2 mission editor, then load the mission in beta 1.5.1.46722, it works like a charm: soldiers come next to my Huey, and they get in as soon as I ask them to.
When I make the same mission using the beta 1.5.1.46722 mission editor, the troops are immobile and don't respond to my calls.
I also tried using the new Transportable check box, but it doesn't change a thing.
Is that the same for you, guys?
EDIT: the smoke marker command is still working though.

Sometimes, when I spawn in an Su-25T, the "ENR" direction mode (mission waypoints) is missing. The direction mode only cycles between "RTN", "LDNG" and no-route.
It can happen on any mission, when spawning the aircraft on the ground (I don't spawn aircrafts in mid-air). It happens randomly.
EDIT: I know another pilot who has already encountered this issue as well.

All my HUD-equiped modules seem bugged : when I lean my head to the left/right, I can see the HUD info printed out of the HUD glass.
It happens as soon as I jump into a HUD-equiped plane, in both solo and multiplayer modes. When my head is right in front of the screen, however, the HUD displays normally.

Modules tested so far : Su-27, Su-25T, Su-25, A-10A. All those are bugged.
I don't use any mod, nor graphic tweaks. My GC is a Radeon 7850.

We might know about this tonight.
Please relax. That statement was premature. We are evaluating the remaining blocking bugs in 1.5 and we will make a decision on Monday.It will come down to which bugs we are and are not comfortable including in even an Open Beta.
I know you are all very anxious about this and I'll update you all when I have news on this front.

Thank you for such a nice evening!
Here are my few remarks for the next missions:
-It would be great to have indications regarding the TS rooms, because I wasn't able to find my fellow Blackshark's comrades tonight (but you Huey/Mi-8 pilots were fine! :smilewink:)
-I think two TS rooms per side isn't enough (we were supposed to have 4 Hueys, 4 BS, 4 A10C, 2 Su25T not to forget our fighters, that's a lot of people to speak to). Also, we could have used the whisper list for the helicopters to chat with the planes.
+The mission was perfect for helicopter job. I would have loved encountering a few BS over the city of Zugdidi !
+You people were very nice, I really enjoyed flying with you. Will do it again. :thumbup:
