  1. Thanks for the Tip, Buzzles It's good to know that I am not the only one expieriencing this. What part of the wings should I aim for? The root or the mid-section?
  2. Hey Guys! I just started getting into the F-86 and I have to say this is a really beautiful module . But I seem to have some difficulties downing the magical stalinium plated IL78M in the quick mission over Nevada. Anybody who flies the A-10C knows how deadly a stray 12.7mm bullet can be, especially when it's launched from a russian tank. Somehow when you are on the other end, different rules apply. I emptied all my ammo into that thing, took out all its engines and turned its fuselage into swiss cheese. But it still managed to make a picture perfect landing at Creech AFB . Does anybody have tips what areas to target, so I can finally down this thing?
  3. Hi everybody! I just recently started playing DCS A-10C after an absence from simming and PC gaming in general for over ten years. My last "real" simulation was Falcon 4.0 Allied Force. I have a question relating to 1.5 / 2.0 that might sound a bit odd at first. I play DCS through Steam and was wondering if there is a way NOT TO UPDATE and keep on playing the current version. My hardware setup simply can not handle the minimun requirements for 1.5 but gives me more than decent performance on the current version. I play on an iMac (Bootcamp) that only has a Nvidia GT 755M with 1GB of memory. I know that this is a sub par system for gaming, but so far I have been very happy with it. Right now I simply can not justify investing into a dedicated Gaming-Rig (even mor so since I recently dropped a substantial amount on a Warthog and Pedals). So, if anybody has any suggestions how I can leave my Installation untouched once 1.5 comes out on Steam, I would be very happy!
