He means the Vrill switch, this has been always there. But I am talking about the protected switch.
- Corrected gear lever handle operation and animation
this also didnt make its way despite being in the ver first list. The lever still doesnt animate
EDIT: I broke my wing with a high pull with this switch off. Thats why I thought it was not implemented yet. The gear lever however doesnt work
Gear lever is animated for me
And yes you can still brake the wings with high pull but it's nothing what the FBW discconect was
And are you playing 2.0 or 1.5?

it seems not all fixes made their way to the update. The previously thought FBW disable switch still disables the FBW and the plane fly like crazy. It was added to this list very early though
No it got changed to FBW gain and i t doesn't handle as old FBW disconnect you can't make backflips anymore

Yup just tested it out and seams like they did implement all the fixes just didn't state them.
The throttle is added for the keyboard the FBW gain switch has been replaced by gain switch (Feels better imo)
She flies alot smoother now with the FBW spin enabled feels like a real bird now

Yes, furthermore the cockpit is completely silent when dogfighting at mach 0.7 and then all of a sudden the engine sound comes on loud. Only sounds are weapons, cockpit interaction sounds, afterburner gas hiss, and air on turning.
Just checking whether it's something specific to me. I'm not complaining about low volume of the engine.
Here you go try out my mod
https://www.dropbox.com/s/dj7adpwlgwvru39/Sounds%20~~%20EDGE%20Soundpack%20Compilation%20v2.rar?dl=0
I've downloaded countless mods on user file section on DCS site and basically everywhere I could find.
Then manually compared each and every sound to pick the best and then manually edited the volume for most of warning sounds and stuff like that to make the best possible sounds for my self.
You can try it out if you want it's JSGME ready and really easy to install then if you don't like it well easily removed
With this you get new Cannon sounds for Mirage, Engine, G-breath, new weapon launch sounds, better sounding explosions and countless others.
Tell me if you try it out I wanna hear what other people think

Well, it's based on distance and G like the F-86F sight (Or LCOS), the line just tells you where the rounds can end up going. You have to be in stable G for a second or so for it to be accurate, I would think.
Please ... F-86 sight is much easier to use then following this snake man ...
don't like it, don't use it. Easy, isn't it?Yes but this is basically a cheat that people can use and find you instantly, which is a turn off for these kind of fights when you're behind a guy thinking you're on him and he's unaware and then suddenly he starts maneuvering cus he saw you on F5 view ...
It's not enjoyable for some

Why can I not find a fix for the RWR (setting volume, less congested presentation of signals)?
Is it too obvious to be mentioned?
If you go to your DCS World/Mods/aircraft/M-2000C/Sound/sdef/RWR_NewThreat.sdef
Open it with notepad or notepad++
You will see the following:
wave = "Effects/RWR_Threat.wav"
inner_radius = 10
outer_radius = 100
Add the following at the bottom:
gain = 0.1 -> Regulates the volume of in game specific sound files they're attached to.
So it should look something like:
wave = "Effects/RWR_Threat.wav"
inner_radius = 10
outer_radius = 100
gain = 0.1
You can do this for all DCS sound files and personally that's what I've done with most of my unwanted really loud warning sounds
But if you don't want to do that oh well ... endure it until the fix comes I guess

Here's the Example
[ame]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gj894hgF7HU[/ame]
When moving the Azimuth Scan from 60 degrees to 30 and 15 the radar screen shifts a bit like it's off centered or something
Just what I noticed

There's a parking brake, and if you don't use it the aircraft will move during start-up, no matter which method above is used. Are you saying it should move even after start-up, with throttle at zero?
The point of my post is the starting procedure though :)
The Hydraulic Switch should be turned on In order for Parking brake to actually Brake and Hold the Aircraft in place
Otherwise It's gonna move

I don't think any of the VTB Radar buttons work beside On/Off for the screen
I added VTB Radar Power On/Off here
-
UPDATE:
Added Even more binds like: Emergency Jettison, Radar Grid Selector, Extra Switches, Press and Hold binds, ECM Box binds ... etc
Check the reddit link for more info

-
If you're having bind problems I added bunch of extra binds ...
like FBW disconnect and radar, radar screen, hud, jammer, seletive jettison, engine binds, slats, radio, parking brake also added HOTAS switches that were posted on the other thread all into one.
Etc ...
Visit this link for more info:
It also fixed the bugged Special mode deselect, Kneeboard K glance right wheel brake or left magic select etc ...
This worked for ME!
I think it may work for you if you have problems clear the keys that are bugged for you and restart the game and try to rebind it.
Make sure that you don't have 2 of the same keys over lapping with each other.
For me personally I have no issues with these binds
The Mod is JSGME compatible

Great Stuf thanks : )

Some people tried to post on DCS forum and the threads have been moved back here.
if the pilote throws his screw driver it would go further than this Magic. They are clearly buggy and you don't need to see the hard data to know that they are wrongly modeled.
One thing that keeps me hoping for a fix is that until less than a month ago these missiles were for AI only, therefore they were not a focus for ED as well. Now that we have a playable fighter that can carry them, ED has enough reasons to work on them.
Just because the thread is now here that doesn't mean that ED won't see it

I haven't checked the entire thread. Is there any indication that the the D key highlighted in red will be fixed in the upcoming fixes? When I switch to close range mode, I simply cannot go back to normal RWS mode. Completely turning off radar and master weapons arm doesn't work, when I switch them back on Im still in close range mode. Nothing I can do will revert back to the normal scan range. Remapping the key doesn't work.
I fixed that and couple of other ones as well.

I am at work now but I hope i can help from memory.
If you look at the mirage folder somewhere there are some key Lua files.
devices.lua
something like clickable.lua
and a third file i dont remember the name.
in the devices.lua there is a counter and below it there is a list of systems, for example FBW, Engines and so on. Each of them has an ID number. cockpit_device_id is this ID number +1. This plus one is because of the counter in the beginning of the file.
The button number is the ID of a certain function, lets say Radar ON. You have to look on one of the files and understand what is the ID of this feature and then use it like we did. It is fairly simple in the end.
Rlaxoxo, i tried to implement the keyboard throttle up and down for you. But i couldnt find the button ID for these 2 functions (up and down). try to search more if you find them I can implement them for you. You may also look common and base command files which you fine in the Input folder of DCS.
Thanks man
You've been a Huge help :)

Do you by any chance know what would I need to write in order to change the value by certain amount so it toggles the switch On and off or cycles trough the positions ?

What pointless thing you guys are arguing about lol

Guys, you know that very soon, Razbam will issue an update that will change the various default.lua, right? ;)
You may do whatever changes you want, I'm not trying to discourage you at all. :)
But be aware that next update = new file.
Perhaps Razbam will do some changes like the one you did (= transparent for you), perhaps they will do them differently (you'll have to manage), perhaps they will add things you didn't add, or perhaps you'll have added things they won't add.
=> you're "in" for a a full review of the changes (yours and Razbam's) at next update.
=> don't forget to document/backup the changes you make
=> don't "blindly" replace next default.lua's from Razbam by yours (you'll risk to miss some new things)
=> make good use of dedicated comparison tools such as WinMerge (free).

Bro ... JSMGE all the way man
And this is only until Razbam decides to release the fixes

Does someone figured to get the AIM-7 working on the M-2000 ?
Tried can't can only fire it from 1&2 pylones that carry Fox 2's and can only fire when I look it with the magic sight
-
found the file through the notepad++ search function (i made it search the whole folder), its in the clickabledata.lua in the m200s cockpit folder.
Could you pls tell me what does "{down = 3645, up = 3645," this number represent and I tried looking trough clickabledata.lua
And I Can't really tell where the cockpit_device_id = 7 is?
Mind explaining this if you can?
