A lot of the controversy comes from not really knowing what is out of bounds. Then, why not publishing which documents are used as reference by the team? If they are open-source, as claimed, listing them for everyone interested to have a look would settle a lot of misunderstandings. We could have a look at the references upon which systems are modelled and that would save from reporting bugs that aren't such.

@BIGNEWY this is honestly disheartening. IIRC, when @Wags announced some viper HARM features, he was saying this level of simulation would be later coming to the Hornet. Also, I think we all understood the whole concept about things developed in the Hornet would make viper progress faster, would be a 2-way road, where eventually the Hornet would also benefit from viper development.
Don't get me wrong: I have no problem with the EA scheme. I do have patience and understand things take time. But falling short on well known and documented features, that are even made available for another module feels wrong. Id have absolutely no issue if you were saying "I can't tell when will this feature come to the Hornet" or "It will still be a long way until we can put manpower back into Hornet to bring these kind of updates"... but just telling it will simply not happen, as it is no longer planned... well, bummer
I know the CM take flak whatever they announce, and that is impossible to keep everybody happy, but it feels that we do not get any update on what is yet to be expected for the Hornet, and neither on when could we expect anything. And, when we get an update, it is just to communicate things that won't be done...
This ^^^
Amazing how things changed from « this level of simulation would be later coming to the Hornet » to « actually Not planned »

I’ve supported Ed for a long time (since 2011) but over time, I saw that their policy has changed as well as the quality of their modules which needs to be reviewed.
Well i guess no more Ed’s Early access for me!
With all respect

Hi,
SEQ1 works as expected from 0-14, but when I select SEQ2 or 3 waypoints don't show up on the HSI. And I can no longer go to the previous waypoint.

I experienced again this problem today. And it’s definitely caused by selecting jdams

But how to start nonSteam DCSW without SteamVR, if this SteamVR loads automatically on DCS startup?
If you have an Oculus headset, you don't need steamVr. All you need is to make sure that the oculus app is on your computer that’s all (it starts automatically with dcs) -
Got the same issue yesterday while flying a 3hrs cas mission.
Loaded (1 gbu-12 , 2 gbu-38, ATFlir and a double ugly configuration)

Same here . « UFC Bu missing after the 2.7 update » ... it's sad to see some systems being dropped without any word from Ed...

First I want to thank Ed for their hard work! keep it up guys!
I saw in the video a problem with the slam-er separation at:
I have already reported this bug cuz it affects the slam, harpoon and jsow . it seems like it affects all A/G missile section.

Yeah currently it is implemented wrong (as per Wags' video) - the offset should be always screen centered and move the entire image with it, rather than just the cursor like a mouse on a computer.

thanks for taking the time to show the bug from another perspective! I never thought of slowing down time to figure it out. I will try it with JSOW because the separation looks weird too

Hi,
As the video is showing. the Slam and Jsow separation is wrong.
for the slam, it behaves like if it was propelled forward by a rocket when pressing the weapon pickle and it's the same for a jsow but in this case it's propelled verticaly (down)
logically it works like : https://youtu.be/F-dSg3NSUEQ?t=22
Jsow video: https://youtu.be/qst15XrA5ts?t=28
Thanks
