You press "DL to ALL" and then SEND/MEM.
I don't know exactly whether it should be saved there for you, leave out "DL to ALL" and try again.

ok have tested and to me it looks like the bug in the other thread.
The pitch also stops again, so I would say we wait for the fix.

How high are you?
The speed of the Maverick plays a role to.
At 1000-8000ft the rocket may well not reach 12nm.
But if they fly high 30.000-40 000ft and 1-1.3M, the rocket can easily reach+21nm.

You can turn in the HDG, the autopilot will then fly this course
So turn the HDG to the TACAN direction and you get the desired effect
