ah ok cool that looks great. basically you fly in and the zone and it turns it on and kills you. Once I know the answer to my below question i'll set that up. I saw your SAM type isn't available to USA - and any combination I have used (without the trigger) and setting to Weapons Free nothing actually fires... What Sam's or combination do I need? (Pics attached) The only ones that so far actually shoot for me are the Manpads but their range is too small..

ok thank you, got the AWACS in the air and i'll do the waypoints soon, but first issue is when I fly up I can't use the "\" then "F7" to call the AWACS and get a Bogey Dope. Any ideas why? Also, is it possible to reduce the range of the SAM's? I want to limit them to say 10 nms as per the picture so that become base defence only when someone is within firing range only. Didn't work... Russia doesn't have the F15c when I follow the above, but it led me to using USA vs USAF which worked perfectly.... Thank you. Any thoughts on the other questions?

hey all What I am trying to do, and not succeeding at, is to have a map I can put up on multiplayer for a few friends to join and we have red vs blue, and have the ability to both choose f15c or p51 and be on opposite sides. What I have read is that when choosing sides the side you choose will only give you the options of those planes they have in real life, but I have seen in multiplayer maps like the 104 online map you can be on red or blue and choose any plane... but I don't know how to do it. Can someone help me please with: - Tell me what I need to do to have red (say Russia) vs blue (say USA), and have a selection of planes so both sides can have the f15c, etc. - How do I put an awacs for both sides? - How can I have some enemy AI on expert guarding both the red and blue Awacs incase the players try to take them out :) I've attached the mission editor file I have so far that shows you 3 bases. The f15c fight is meant to be over the mountains but red doesn't have a f15 yet (hence i need help fixing this)... and the mustang fight is to guard a river. Any really good videos on how to do this would be great as searching you tube and these forum didn't provide me any answers.. Thanks in advance Multiplayer fun map.miz

What are the advantages in doing this extra step... ? Do you have the Mustang Profile? Did anyone find the view too sensitive when using the cone/hat on the stick (top left) ? What did you do?

So given the chance again would you still buy the Dell 34" over say the standard 32" ? I'm looking into either Dell UltraSharp 34 Curved Monitor vs Dell UltraSharp 32 Ultra HD 4K Monitor... i've moved away from the idea of 3 monitors and instead looking at one big one. I tried a 40" but that was too big lol

wow thank you! I didn't know you could do this... my rudder was moving me side to side with about 2 mm of movement, so i've made my rudder deadzone 19 and curvature to 25 and it's so much better!!!

Hi I have read lots of issues, or hits and misses, with the recent X-55 HOTAS Rhino model since the recent Mad Catz involvement, I'm upgrading from the Logitech 3d pro to the x55 - but buying through a retailer in Sydney that has a good return policy. I want to hear if you have recently, say inside 6 months, bought a X55 and had a good experience? My options are: x55 = AUD$400 (preferred) Worthog = AUD$800 + Pedals for AUD$200 (2.5 times the price is just ALOT of money) Logitech 3d pro = free :) but very average

Hi all Not very PC hardware savvy, but was wondering how my PC would go supporting 3 monitors and what success, or failures, you may have had? Current setup: Intel i5-4690 16GB Ram 250 Gb SSD (operating system only) 2TB 2nd HDD (this is where steam games live) Geforce GTX970 Soon to be X55 Rhino Running a single Dell 24" If I went out and bought two more of the Dell 24" Monitors and had them all running on the above PC and plugged in via Display Port - what would it be like? How would it run? Note: I run 1920 x 1080 ingame resolution with all settings on MAX (pic below), love what I see now and wouldn't want to drop graphics or experience.

G'day Jeff here. Live in Sydney, Australia. Only new to DCS (30 hours). Spent most of the time playing and learning the F15c and playing in the free mustang. Have got the A10c but so far I need to get better at the easy planes first :) About to go from my Logitech 3d pro to an X55 in a few weeks :) I have't seen any posts about peoples setups? If there is can you link me? I'd been keen to know what setups you have, what other hardware you have running like external panels etc.
