I would say its historical background more than qualifies it to be included in a WW2 plane set as much as any other late war AC. The only reason it did not acquire a higher number of kills or losses was the fact that it had flying restrictions imposed due to the raf not wanting it to end up in enemy hands. The Fmk3 variant transferred to the continent in Dec 1944 and was fully operational. Within a dcs ww2 environment it is a completely viable option from dec 1944 onwards for the mk3.
