Same problem here, we must wait 30" or more to see rearm panel. After first time, the next request to rearm panel it's inmediatly, no wait needed to see it.

I have been flying for several months with HP Reverb very well, sometimes my view was blocked and I could only turn my head, I could not move sideways to look to the sides or behind, but after a while it would restart. It's been a few days since these views have been blocked and I can only look to the sides, I can't get close to the instruments or see what's behind; sames that cockpit moves with me whole. Is there a key combination that makes this happen?
