Thank you for sharing this. Sadly ive decided for myself that i won‘t buy any new modules until this is fixed, because i will not spend money on something that has a high chance of being unplayable for me.

We havent heared a lot from ED about this recently, i am a bit worried that this has lost their attention after a different issue was fixed for VR users

I just tried it in the MiG-21, with mirrors on and off. Happens in both cases to me, i might upload a video later.

I just took the SU-27 out, i dont get this visual bug there. Seems to be just the MiG-21

Ive updated, deleted FXO and metashaders2 again, even deleted (and backed up) my config and ran the game in default settings windowed mode. It looks just like in my video ive posted before, nothing changed at all.

This is exactly how it looks like for me aswell! Its like a black square on the left side on the screen.

Did about 2 fresh installs and 2 updates

In my video 2 pages before you can clearly see that it happens when the sun reflects in the cockpit glass (for me atleast)

Ive tried 4 different AMD drivers so far. Running the newest beta driver right now, 19.1.1 Also tried: 18.12.3; 18.12.2; 18.12.1 Ingame settings Edit: Also deleted those folders, its still happening to me. Also tried it with water set to low, not working.

Sadly, its still happening, nothing changed. Unplayable for me.

I think that this is the case aswell, will check if this fixed the bug later. I’m also going to share my results in this post.

Did you test the new patch?

When i fly the MiG-21bis, it appears as soon as i get reflections of the sun in my cockpit glass

What kind of connection to your monitor do you guys use? Im currently bound to use DVI because HDMI doesnt support 144Hz, im trying to switch to DisplayPort next week

Same issue for me. Just got the AMD VEGA 64 and when i see sun reflections in my cockpit it starts flickering in black squares. Was using the GTX 970 before, no issues but bad framerates. Tried different water, illumination and lighting settings, didnt work. Also turned off DS in the options config, didnt do anything to it. Shadows aswell
