Yes it works fine but better results if you disable them in the game. I'm actually very happy with this card {IL2 is stunning} its just the issue with terrain in this one. and to be honest when i did upgrade to this i thought it was the best in the world... lol now i want better. I'm not sure of the nuts and bolts of it all however when i try to engage those i can get some excellent scenery but the quality of moving objects tanks.

Sharpe- I have both turned on in my AMD toolbox, it actually gives me better results, DLSS results on the landscape with crisp clear jets is the goal. It would be nice if they would give AMD users a little love. I built this rig Just before the big update that cemented Nvidia as the preferred hardware with the texture compression etc

Hello all, i can ether make the world look awesome or the jets. not both. I realize this game leans towards Nvidia but that's not what i have. AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 32 Ram AMD Radean RX 7900xt Now everything in high or better and over 100 FPS and smooth as silk { looks pretty good as well just i know i can get it better} DSLL and such make things better but the jets have a blurry look and lose their shape without everything the the distance gets the sparkly jagged strobe . Any ideas what setting to fiddle with as I've been in circles for too long

The AI flights are smashing into airbase infrastructure before making it to runway? In Mission 1 its the second flight but in Mission 2 My flight cant even make it out of revetments

I sure hope they don’t wait until all the broken crayons are cleaned up before they let us play with our new toy, it will take weeks to clean up the tear soaked crayon bits in this forum

Ooh I love it when someone brings up the “lack of qualifications to complain point”. m4t140 . if you bought a new car and drove it a while and after the first few oil changes it drove like crap your just gonna suck it up?.. and btw, I have several hundred hours in it.. it is my go to, but it’s in need of a rebuild or a new module. Having this module from the beginning, the changes that have been made to the flight model are crap!. It does not even come close to the real world reviews I’ve read for over 30 years of the “surprising” handling and agility that even the American test and evaluation unit wrote up forever ago. And yes I know it was not a BIS however the this is ridiculously night and day. When it was first released I admit it was on rails and needed some tuning, but you’ve nerfed it incredibly or else every other AC in the game is modeled incorrectly. Stall and AOA characteristics do not match anything I’ve read. Everything about this module is absolutely awesome except the FM. My two cents.

Hi all, I’ve been away for a bit from this module and spent last few days reorienting myself to it. issue I’m having is the second I raise my gear on takeoff a warning tone sounds and is there for the whole flight regardless of altitude or speed. Have been through the manual and re read Chucks guide several times, watched you tube a bunch and I can’t figure out what it is. if I air start it is not there , that said if I do a touch and go when I bring the gear up it comes back on. Very annoying for sure. so what simple switcholagy have I not become aware of in last update? thanks for your time as always.

“IF” I was base commander at Nalchik, I would send a crew out to the end of the runway to chop down those bloody trees! LOL! For years they give me grief on the landings. Especially in a Mig 21 due to the speed and low approach. As you can tell, I had a mission ending event this morning and had to vent. LOL Please note, this is note a complaint, just sharing. Love this game!

Yes , I do know how that all works, however how do I get the campaign missions to open. I selected the campaign file in the ME and it shows there but it won’t open up to show the missions,

How would one change the time of day on a campaign mission. Example - some stock Mig 21 campaign missions are in the dark and would like to change to dusk or dawn ,,

ARK-5 Frequency Fine Tuning Handel- Hello all, i don’t seem to be able to assign a key to this function. There is a few options there but none seem to work (very well anyway) and scrolling the mouse over the dial in flight is teadious at best. Am I missing something or is this a bug.

Go read your local tabloid news paper and tell me how many articles you clicked before you found a real one . *** Classified or Beta issues? How are we to know which is which, if people don’t know and expect something then they are going to ask? How do they know if it’s a bug or no plans to implement features. That said some things should be in the wish list file obviously however I don’t personally know if some things are bugs or if they working as their supposed to. I do read everything I can and skip the things I dont need but if I can’t find an answer I’m going to ask. I guess my question to OP is “who decides what an important post is”? Should that not be a moderators job?

It is a Bore sight , when in that mode and in a fight just get him in front and hit the lockup key and your radar missiles are good to go. It does work as advertised, I use this frequently with good effect.

well for starters, don't listen to anybody that starts out by saying "I would never buy it" or "I Heard that,, " It has a few bug to be sure but my personal opinion after owning it for a few years is ,, Absolutely wonderful, Fun to learn and most rewarding A/C in the collection (and I have most) I always seem to take her up at least once during a sit down in front of the Comp-pit. To be sure i dont see it being supported anymore to the degree that you would hope, but it works just fine to go up against era appropriate enemy's.

Well I have two years on and off with this little beast and have come to the conclusion that ,,,It is still one of the best 3rd party units. I read a lot of complaining and just had to put down some positive comments and my thanks to the Devs for countless hours of frustration taming this beast. ( this old school tech would never be easy to master IRL) I am able to be combat functional and I personally think it handles as this airframe would. Overall I enjoy the s*#t out of it. Thanks for taking my money lol, and I recommend this aircraft to everyone. Muddy.
