I think the capacity of your RAM is much lesser according to DCS. You have to increase it. It'll start working surely.

I think there is any problem with your PC. Try to debug the problem by using anti virus softwares or update your PC. I hope it'll start working. -
I like the Mirage III the most. It is better than others according to my views.
