Yeah, but it's totally wrong to keep the costumers in dark. At least Winwing could give us a short quick update ( it would take 10 minutes of their precious time to do so), 3 weeks have passed since Winwing website notification that they need a week to switch cams on joystick gimble. Imagine how bad the warranty service will be.

Is it true that you can only dispute PayPal payment within a 6month after the transaction?

Ignoring legitimate question is not a good way to treat your costumers.

This notification was posted 1 week ago on the WinWing website! is there any way you can tell me when are you going to send me my set, I paid for it on September 2 ( BEFORE September 15 obviously), another week? 2 weeks from now? and how to get the tracking number?
