    Maybe not very good quality of picture (I have to change from jpg to png). IFF switch Mode4 selector A, Mode4 reply swich Audio/rec (it doesnt work btw), Master IFF Norm.

    Coolie switch long right - rectangle C-130 (our) is still a rectangle. Less than 20 nm even.

    Are you talking about transponder settings? They have no effect on the interrogator (and no effect in DCS at all).

  2. The speed brake switch has one option that is named "STEP" and a normal one. I expected the STEP option to only move the speedbrake if the button is pressed and the other option to let the speed brake continue to move to its limits after the button is released. Right now it is the other way around. Is this intended behavior?

    Hi @RED

    I can see what you mention running your track, but I don't see an issue taking control.

    Which leads me to believe you may have a control assignment issue. Have you tried reassigning the TDC slew to another button or axis?

    I made two more tracks without using an axis. It always happens at the same range so unlikely a control input.

  4. Thanks Alpenwolf for all the fun on your server. It's the main server i played on after finding DCS and before transitioning to flying with a more dedicated group of people. I jumped on the server on last time to fly the F5. It's what taught me the basics and sparked my interest into tactics and concepts on how to employ fighter  aircraft. I am sorry it came to an end and wish you all the best!

    Ich werd noch wahnsinnig. Anderes einfaches vr Spiel geht ohne Probleme.

Sind all Treiber aktuell? Irgendein OC aktiv? Wo bekommst du die Fehlermeldung? Vielleicht kommt die einfach, weil dein Grafiktreiber abschmiert, etc. Netzteile können auch komische Fehler verursachen. Ist das so alt wie die CPU?

    @RED do you know if there is a full list of the argumements one can use here in the ini file ?  I can't find mirrorEnabled here README.md · openxr · Campbell Suter (ZNix) / OpenComposite · GitLab

    I assume it goes in the bin folder?

    Yeah, it is not in there anymore because it doesnt exist anymore. And yep bin or next to the app if you have it. I basically have an old 2021 version that still has the mirror but also is bugged. So I am looking for the latest version with the mirror where the bug might have been solved.

    I never saw a mirror that could be made from this that wasn't part of DCS, there's no options I see in openXR tools, how did you do it?

    You can create a opencomposite.ini file to set options. One of the options was the mirror mode.

    ;Mirror mode outputs a shared texture for use by OBS plugin
    mirrorMode=enabled

    ;Performance stats enables writing of performance stats
    ; If enabled press F11 to start stats capture to file
    ; File is currently output to \Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Assetto Corsa Competizione\AC2\Binaries\Win64\teststats.csv
    performanceStats=disabled

    ;Hidden area mesh fix for G2, may work on other headsets
    enableHiddenMeshFix=enabled

    ;Use OpenXR layers to handle GUI overlays and HUDs, if set to false will render internally directly onto swap chain before submitting
    enableLayers=true

    Always gave some good footage:

    I think right now I would have to change dektop res every time to 4k or so to grab the DCS mirror and record without a plugin.

  9. Ran a quick test again. Multiplayer track attached if that helps anything. I can confirm what you are seeing in multiplayer, however it still works correctly in singleplayer. My suspicion is that the outsoundforunit works like outsoundforGroup in multiplayer. That is why you can hear it in both units with group ID =1. If you fire the missile you also get no sound in the other units as their unit ID does not match their group ID.

    I tried a few times on current OB and I always get the same result, both in SP and dedicated MP:

    • Sound is heard in both 'Aerial-1' aircraft.
    • Sound is not heard in all other aircraft (although I'm seeing text messages saying sound ID=1 is being played).

    From what I read in your post, I'm getting what you're not getting in MP, right?

    Thanks for testing. Interesting. Yeah, that is different. I will test again to make sure. I also included other people in testing to check if it is the same for every client. We are on the latest openbeta currently.

    What you are describing is still a problem as that is how the outSoundForGroup function would work with the "Aerial-1" group of aircraft. With outSoundForUnit the sound should still be only heard in the "Aerial-1-1" unit. So you could report that. You can see the unit ID in the ME if you open the unit list.

  11. SP working correctly as far as i tested.

    In multiplayer I could only play a sound with an ID=1. It plays for all clients in the mission instead of only clients occupying the unit with ID=1. outTextForUnit seems to work correctly btw.

    To reproduce, load the attached mission on a multiplayer server and occupy a slot other than the first blue Hornet slot which is ID=1. You will hear the sound every 5 seconds that should only be heard in the first Hornet slot. Firing a missile will also trigger the function with the ID of the launcher unit. You can't hear the sound since ID != 1 in the other slots.

  12. Just adding this as it is related:

    I see this with all picture in picture stuff and running out of memory (with e.g. high object counts in the mission). My guess is that it is a type of memory leak where there is not enough memory available to render picture in picture things. How it looks like in the TGP for me:
