You wouldn't believe what I've found, it seems like the frame rate went back to normal when I turned the water setting from "Low" back to "High". This is coming from a fresh installation with absolutely no mod btw. :megalol:

I also noticed this in 1.5.6 as well. Such a let down that we can't enjoy that new sound for the shark with 60 fps.
