  1. I would also like to know how to set this up. I am currently in the beginning stages of putting together a 2dof motion seat using SCN5 actuators. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  2. Nice!
  3. Can't wait to try the HUD export once it's available! Love the idea of having a separate heads up display in front of a projector image of the outside world.
  4. So looking forward to this!
  5. That must be at Groom Lake.
  6. Looks great! What is the function cylinder attached to the shaft?
  7. Hmm that's too bad. I could see that being a nice feature in a surround display setup.
  8. Does this option allow the HMD reticle to follow the mouse?
  9. I'm wondering if it's possible to use track-ir to move just the reticle around on a fixed screen view instead of moving the actual view on the monitor? I think it could be quite good on a 3-screen surround setup with the fixed forward view.
  10. sky_basic.dat sky_new.dat skyfog_b.dat skyfog_v.dat
  11. Here's one for anyone looking for a different look in Blackshark. This mod changes the day time sky colour from the standard blue to a nice overcast grey, giving the game a more realistic and subdued look. Does not affect performance. Use Modman to install. Thanks go to Antonio Gatti for his work on the original Skycolor Mod for FC. 12. Wasn't the game designed in such a way as to allow for these mods? I mean, files could have been locked out by the designers, but the choice was made somewhere along the way to allow the game to be modded by the community and I for one, am glad they did. I think it's a great way to add some freshness to the game and to keep people interested in it, and I would bet that the majority of serious players are using a mod in one form or another. I know that I check here regularly to see what new mods have been uploaded and really appreciate it when people take the time to share with the community. It just seemed a little rude to criticize someone for attempting to improve the game in their own way and share their work, especially from a moderator.
  13. Wow, that was constructive.
  14. Thank you very much Frazer! I have waited for a proper explanation for the graphics settings (especially the "scene" settings) for a very long time. Now I can modify these with a good idea of what I'm looking for in-game. It must have taken you a very long time to determine what these settings do and your efforts are much appreciated! Thanks again.
