  1. What I see right now is that FC aircraft like F-15C are still used on the servers which I am currently flying.
    Radar modes in the FC F-15C e.g. are for sure not as "detailed and correct" as in the real F-15C.
    So there is already a difference, but people still love to fly the FC F-15C, including my buddies and myself.
    I am sure there are people available in Sweden to help getting the basic radar modes working in a sort of FC-level JA37, but it seems no one is really willing to dig into.

    I think so too, not only because of one certain missing thing, but it could happen during the course of the journey that the information becomes somehow "known".
     

  2. I am saying this since years.
    Then all the "it must be 1:1 the real aircraft, otherwise DCS world and the whole world itself will crash down - nogo - never argumenters" fall over the forum and Discord in destroying the idea with their infinite wisdom. That really became boring.
    It is a wonderful idea, and I really would love to fly it. At least FC level, but better of course in a more detailed level.

    Open up the comms menu, open Ground Crew ... , select Rearm & Refuel. Then in the lower left lower corner of the GUI you see the Cargo button for loading, and on the right lower corner of the GUI you see the Cargo button unloading, considering you are in the vicinity of cargos (Static objects -> Cargos).

  4. This report confirms my observations with the use of A2A TACAN function, which wasn't working in MP in the Phantom during one of my latest flights.
    My aircraft was F-4 with me as pilot and another player as WSO. Other aircraft was a F-14, human controlled pilot and Jester as RIO. We weren't able to get it work, even after 10 minutes of struggling around with that, and finally being shot down because 3 heads were totally stuck in the cockpit finally finding out it didn't work ... 😄

    Dear Viggen pilots!

    Please be aware that the Eternal list of the best will now use a new calculation scheme:

    • Pre-Entry Check category "A" (basic knowledge): max 50 points possible
    • Pre-Entry Check category "B" (extended knowledge): max 100 points possible
    • Exam category "A" (basic knowledge): max 200 points possible
    • Exam category "B" (extended knowledge): max 400 points possible

    The current database was updated accordingly, and therefore we have a new ranking.

    If you were "over 0.8-0.9" (e.g. M0.92) you could have probably reached the "uttagbar lastfactor" of 3.8g.
    Do you have a track to review your exact airspeed?

    You would not fly a fourship aerobatic with M0.92, more M0.4 to M0.7 ish.

  7. Regarding 2.) According to another post somewhere in this forum done by Myse1234, the pod when its loaded to the aircraft its always full of chaffs and full of flares, and the option to change the slider was removed intentionally.
    Regarding 1.) maybe @MYSE1234 knows more, since this is coding stuff.

  8. Hey SharpeXP, can you provide the TRK file of this certain flight?
    Otherwise, it could be that the SLATS & FLAPS switch was set to position "SLATS out" but not "SLATS out & FLAPS down".
    This happened to a user who reported the same "bug" a few months earlier. In fact it was no bug, he just simply did not perform the step right.

  9. What this building makes it special is that the streets are going through below it (I never have seen this in DCS before Kola).
    Maybe it has to do with the crash detection(routines-code) of the particular aircraft you mentioned? I could imagine this, because the crash detection now sees an object inbetween the ground and the aircraft outlines ...

    maybe tweaking this setting might help users to limit the draw distance in mirrors while the resolution setting for displays is set to 1024 or 1024 each frame, which should help a lot with performance if you consider increasing the number 2048 or higher values (I think its some kind of detail setting for such displays/mirrors)

    please make the far_clip setting work in section CameraMirrors, like that:

    Currently, DCS is not taking care of that setting for mirrors.

    Here are two screenshots:
    The scene in the normal view (1) doesn't show them correctly (caused by a far_clip setting of 30000), but the mirror (2) shows the rocks SW of Kobuleti.
