Did they changed this particular behavior ? I did not read anything in the patch notes recently regarding the fact that the rearming is mandatory before aligning.

The F-5 was my first module and the only one I flew until I went all in for the Mirage. If ED would update it as they're planning to do for the Ka-50, and give us a F-5N I will support them without any hesitation.

Yeah, the link QuiGon keep posting does not have any answer related to DCS. Heatblur stated multiple times they'll stay around as a consumer flight sim developper but never told us they will continue to develop specifically for DCS. When asked about it they simply don't reply.
Even if they leave DCS World, I still am happy they gave the community two of the very best modules of the game. Plus, they already assured us that they will deliver what's been promised around the Tomcat (another variant of the Tomcat, a carrier and two campaigns - not sure about the Intruder AI).
To be honest I would be thrilled if Heatblur was involved in a new sim project. If the project is as ambitious and dedicated as we know from the team, this could be one of the biggest news for us, combat sim fans.

I'm a proud owner of the Mirage and it is the *only* module I fly despite its flaws that have been waiting for a fix for years. Pointing a finger at me by quoting me as a bad community member is nothing short of total disrespect. Please, feel free to browse my history messages and see if I did not praise the work of Razbam in the past when rightfully due. I could not be happier about the recent work of Elwood who is doing a fantastic job on implementing French Air Force feedbacks. But I cannot stay silent when something is simply wrong, is it what you're waiting from your "good" community members ?
I was glad to see you, Decoy, back on the forums after several weeks/months of silence from Razbam on their official support page, but your replies, deception, and personal attack are not what I expect as a community member or customer and most of all from the official rep from the company I supported.

The monthly update videos have been stopped due to constant negative feedback regarding the update videos.
I will make short videos highlighting new features and news when they are ready but i will no longer make the monthly videos.
In fact the complaints were not about the videos content but the lack of monthly updates as promised. There's plenty of evidence in previous topics discussing the subject.

Hello Polychop,
Would you consider creating the exact same topic but locked as ED has done for the Hornet and Viper ? It will be much easier to follow your progress and stay up to date without scrolling through pages of comments. Thank you for keeping us informed and coming back sooner to the Gazelle.

You won't see any confirmation from the dev team on their official board as they're no longer willing to share their work with us. However they confirmed on their Discord server there is indeed a problem with the radar and a fix is already ready to deploy with the next OB.

Yes they did. They shared the information and showed a picture of the seat on their Facebook page.

I like how both bug tracker and forum are silent about the most broken build of the module in two years.
Razbam simply left behind their customers on this forum that are not willing to create accounts on Facebook or Discord, that's why. I wish Eagle Dynamics would do something about this situation.

Last week Prowler posted a picture of a Sea Harrier model being worked on (the pic has been posted on their Discord server). Also we know the Pucara and a lot of other assets (boats and submarines included) will be included in the game.
I think Razbam is truly committed to provide a comprehensive review of the Malvinas war. They would be the first developper going all in on a specific topic and I'm 100% behind this idea. We could have the first comprehensive set of a regional conflict in DCS.

There's been a misunderstanding between Razbam and the French Air Force. Zeus updated how the TWS mode should work :
One correction:The radar behavior in TWS mode is the wrong one.
Unfortunately it is too late to submit a correction for this week's release.
So the correction will be available on the next update.
FYI, here's how the radar behaves in TWS:
1. The radar bar lines are set at 1.
2. The radar antenna elevation does track the locked target elevation.
3. If the radar search arc is 30 or less, the radar will try to keep the locked target inside the search arc.
This means that all other contacts not at the same elevation of the locked target will be lost.
This happened due to a little miscommunication between us and our friends at the AdA. We were working hard to get the Weapons System Command working as intended and did not pay attention to the radar behavior while in TWS and some conversations on the subject were misunderstood, as if we were talking about the color blue, they were talking about chartreuse and the color was actually green.
These things happens and we apologize.
Unfortunately, the wrong behavior logic has already been submitted to ED and the correction will not be implemented until a future update.

Today Zeus posted a new message on the Razbam Discord server. Here's the message :
M-2000C updates submitted to ED for release:1. Weapons System Command enabled.
2. Radar search behavior updated to simulate real radar:
2.1. Radar antenna in TWS will not follow locked target.
2.2 Contact icons can disappear if they are not inside the radar sweep.
2.3 Contact icons now display on which bar they are located.
3. Following keybinds are modified:
3.1 Special Modes FWD to Weapons SystemCMD FWD
3.2 Special Modes AFT to Weapons SystemCMD AFT
3.3 Target Unlock/Special Modes Deselect to Weapons SystemCMD Depress

I believe Third parties have more people working on them because they have less stuff on their plates. Actually Its grate that ED is actually doing maps, I believe they sure have enough with running and upgrading the core engine and its own modules...
I won't be so sure about that, Ugra is actually working on IL-2 Great Battles products too.

If Razbam won't let people know what's going on with their modules on their official channel, this board, I suggest we create a new tag for our topics title. Let's use the [MLO PROGRESS] (MLO standing for Mid Life Overhaul) followed by the title itself. Doing so, we'll ensure that no one is left behind updates wise.

Yep, Elwood is doing a fantastic job on the Mirage. For what I could witness when passing by their Discord, he's pretty active too and interact with the community when available.
