I, oculus rift cv1 user... i never go back, even whit the lower settings... the imersion is so great and feels so real that i love it verry mutch. I had the same problem as you, and a friend of my told me.... Bying now a 1080ti is price vs performance to mutch 1080 was 620euro and 1080ti 900euro... he sead to me by now a 1080 and save that money for the next gen vr headset because probebly thats gonna be more demanding, and than next gen gpu are there probebly mutch more powerfull then. At that thime i desidet to buy just the 1080 ...because ti is for me to expencife... the overclocked versions of 1080 came out whit better preformance and no mutch more money... Dcs is what i read btw more demanding on cpu, if cpu is slow the gpu wil not give that more performance if i understand correctly :) Thats why i upgraded my cpu to from a (3.8ghz oc i5 2500 non k) to a (4.6ghz i7 2600k) and learnd how to overclock it at that way i spendet 640euro for 1080 gaming x+ and 100euro risc for a used i7 2600 that runs smooth :) And vr runs verry good mostly at 45fps even at 2.1 for the tests i dit. I run a 1080gtx gaming x+ its a overclocked 1080 i think 20 more than normal 1080 but test on non 4k are fps between normal 1080 and 1080ti so for me that whas my price vs performance best for my vr setup. I got i72600 clockt to 4.6ghz and 16g ram at 1600. vr on 2.1 i can run deferent shader at on because at navada it is really nice :) and anti alising at 2x and almost most settings to low exept texture an visibility range i have not on low Most of time i tested whit f5 and mirage and huey on navada and spitfire on normandy and most of time i keep above 45fps. Just above vegas i drop to 35fps for me im have really no problems whit sicness so i am happy, Hope i can help you whit the info and if you like i can post my settings tomorow, for exact settings, Now i gonna sleep :) I olso run before an 780 gtx and happy whit my new gpu :) (speaking at oculus vr rift settings here) Greats koen Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-J510FN met Tapatalk

Owwww yessss...mission succes :) that whas the problem, my cable of my cargo was damaging my heli mainly my fuel tank so i know somthing more, release cargo manual, do not try to fly low thill it coms off :D Thanks everybody for helping me here :) this communitie of dcs is so great, i love it :) Now i can leave tomorow whit a good fealing on vacation :) Oke i was hoping on testing directly the normandy map on release date.. bud that wil be after my vacation sadly [emoji14] Thank you Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-J510FN met Tapatalk

Oke, i think i found my problem... all the time i plant the goods at there place and i fly low to even land when my hook coms off automatiqly, I have notised whem here on forum told me about my fuel problem i checked again, and see that my feul rappedly drops when dropping goods...and i think because i unhook automatiqly my kabel koms back and damaged the heli... :) i am gonne do a next run and unhook manualy and see if thats the problem :) And i will not forget to check my rpm :) just trying to learn ;) Verstuurd vanaf mijn SM-J510FN met Tapatalk

hello. i have a problem whit the huey, i started the heuy argo campaing, the first campaing whith the huey for me, and i really love it... but at my mission 3 when i drop the goods at the militaray training place, and then i pick up the ground people, i try to fly them at the place thy need to go... but afther i start flying whit those people, i cant stay flying for more than 30seconds and then somting hapens whit my blades i think... i feel somthing breaking end directly crashing to the ground.. i am looking for the problem like mayby mastbumping or somthing like that but every time like afther the troop pickup i am crashing. even if i try to do it smooth. and try to do no mastbumping am i forgetting somthing? or do i need to do somthing whit a troop pickup? sorry for my english :) if sombody can help me whith my problem i really be thankfull for it, (if a tacvieuw file helps i have a couple of them) greets
