  1. I finished the beware, beware campaign last week (which is great btw). So i wanted something else and bought the wolfpack campaign. The beware, beware campaign had no performance issues at all. Around 50 to 55 fpv on the ground and in crowed environments and around 90 high in the sky. But with the wolfpack campaign it's awful, almost unplayable even with the low bomber settings. 25 to 30fpv on the ground and maybe 50 in the air. Any tips maybe?
  2. I am sorry for my late reply, the problem is solved, there was something wrong with the save function for the lua file. If I save it separately it works if I just push the save button it doesn’t.
  3. I was tinkering around yesterday to get a smoother vr experience. So I tried to cap my fps at 45 through the Graphics.lua file (MAXFPS), and the Nvidia control panel. Which worked, but now i want to change it back to normal settings, but whatever i do DCS is stuck to 45FPS? Lua file is set to 140 and there is no cap limiting with the Nvidia control panel. Any help?
  4. I have my Varjo Aero a couple of weeks now, although I never had a ‘comfortable’ headset, I find the Aero even more uncomfortable than my Reverb G2 or Index. It seems like I have to choose between pressure on my forehead or on my nose, if I want to release the pressure I have to loosen the head strap too much which makes it unstable on my head. With other headset I had a more equal divided pressure on my face. I also bought the comfort mod from studio form, it doesn’t make any difference. Maybe somebody has had similar experiences at first and found a solution?
  5. Hi Rodeo, i use DLSS with max sharpening, al other presets on VR. Frame rates never drop below 60s, most of the time 90. With a 4090 and eye tracking on
  6. Try Night Vision, you will notice it right away. (there will be a rectangel gray box with a green circle, the box moves when you move your eyes). If not, it is not working.
  7. @mbucchia: thanks for all the work. So if I read correctly, we need to uninstall the old version and install the new one because of 2.9?
  8. I am pretty happy with my aero vario and eye tracking enabled in the latest 2.8 version. Is there a reason to use DLSS on a high end system?
  9. Flew the last mission yesterday, it's challenging (the last two missions), but really loved the ending of m13, i don't know if it is coincidence or scripted but i taxied to the smoke on the same time as the heli's landed (epic!).
  10. Received my varjo aero last weekend, great product. I have been playing with some settings, eye tracking works fine. The only small issue I have is without motion reprojection I get 90 fps and then sometimes it drops to 75 or so, but even with 75 fps it get’s a bit choppy (like micro stutters every 2 seconds). If I engage motion reprojection they are gone but also the smoothness is gone. Is there a solution? Or do I have to accept motion reprojection
  11. Got mine last weekend, what an upgrade compared to the G2 and Index. Once you get the eye tracking working you get a hughe fps bonus, can't imagine having a headset without this.
  12. Thanks, it works! Something I discovered: when flying the spitfire when the sun is in the correct angel, you can see scratches on the cockpit windows. Apparently, the area only rendered in squares. if you then look around (with your eyes only) you can se the squares moving and you know the eye tracking is working
  13. Received my varjo aero yesterday, what a great device. Followed al the stept from the tutorial. But how do I know it is working? I never used eye tracking before as this is my first headset with the capability.
