I also think it's a matter of lenses. Also, don't underestimate the development time. They could had developed the lenses when the new display not are available, so redesign it would be a big expanse in R&D money and time. Engineering in the real world is an hard work. Engineering only with words, is a much simpler task!

Hi guys, need help. After the first days of joyful rift s use, now i have heavy fogging problems, both on my glasses lenses and rift lenses. How can i solve that? I dislike use anti-fog liquid on rift lenses....

I also tried again a flight with F5 and find that with rift s this operations are more simple, before with cv1 the most difficult part was clicking the right knob and then check if the values are right so i lose a lot of time. Can i ask a question? I have your same setup, Warthog hotas with CTS but not the MFDs, how do you change things like nav instruments on plane like F-5, like change bearing, radio and nav frequencies etc etc? Via mouse? Via HOTAS? I found very difficult fly along my route IFR because i lost too much time to set the instruments and sometime miss some turns etc etc. I hope I had explain it well, or at least in an understendable way. I'am not native english speaker :-P

It's not simple and don't give the real feel of it. From youtube video I expect a little improvement on CV1 but using it, it's seems a huge step ahead. I can't even imagine how better can be the reverb or the index

Wow, tried yesterday my new Rift S. The resolution and clarity it's great, it make me said "Wow" again, and i don't say that from the first time I used the CV1. I'm also falled in love with the halo. It's very confortable to me. Audio is not too good but better then I expected from review. Also, the new resolution seems to have a great impact for people that suffer motion sickness. My wife for example with the old CV1 can't even play beat saber without feel sick. Now, with the S she say that it's gone and steal the rift to enjoy beat saber for 4 hours LOL
