When I arrive on site, a helicopter is crashing on a mountain. If I understood correctly, I have to shoot at it (?). If I don't, it does little "jumps" on the snow, as if it was trying to take off but couldn't. At some point, if I don't shoot at it, it ends falling down the slope and gets destroyed. Anyway : I fire one missile at it, then I see 2 vehicles (one firing at me) so I destroy one. Then I don't have ammo left. Sluggy just stays behind me and does nothing.

I'm also trying this mission now. I'm stuck before.. I shoot the helicopter which has a failure, then I shoot one of the vehicles. Then I don't have amo left so I tell The AH64 to kill the second vehicle : he goes away and hides behind the mountain. And does nothing. What am I doing wrong ?

Hi, In the Valley Campaign, I'd like to know why there are often 2 files for 1 mission : for example : A-10A Camp 4A A-10A Camp 4B etc... What are the differences ? How to play B missions ? Thank you.

The wingman did take off the 3 times I tried this mission : either I had to wait for him to clear the runway and join me in the holding point, either I taxied quicker than him, took off, and orbited between WPT 1 and 2 for him to join me.

Hi, I RTB but scores 0... Thus the campaign isn't finished. I hit the rappier (though maybe not entirely), made th C130 bug out, destroyed the 29s. Then I don't really remember (HVAs are rescured etc...) but in the end I'm allowed to RTB. I can hear the actors involved, and get a mission finished message. Still, 0 ?

I'm not sure DCS is able to score such things... EDIT : OK I tried again and I may have missed a truck before. This time I scored 98 (still don't know why 2% ...) thank you anyway !

If I do this, I notice no difference. I have to start the game again in order for the changes to take effect. That's is not "on the fly"... Does it work for you ?

OK so I reply to myself : now it seems impossible to change resolution on the fly, which is annoying when you want to select the best compromise between FPS and resolution. Another way of doing this is by playing with the pixel density...

Hi, As long as I remember, FPSVR was able to change resolution "on the fly" (for DCS, which is the game I play 99% of the time) successfully. Now it doesn't seem to change anything. Is there a way to change resolution ? Thank you.

Hi, same problem here. How can I play next mission ? I tried mission 6 more than 12 times...

OK so I gave up and tried the next missions by renaming them : mission 8 --> mission 7 etc... in order to play every mission of this campaign. And I have to say that I'm a bit disappointed as I couldn't finish most of them : I would always score 50 and I don't always know why. For example in the last mission the US carrier wasn't entirely destroyed. And I can't do anything about it... And in the previous mission (Fleet defense) I managed to kill 6 aircraft and still only scored 50. The Mig29 campaign seems to be much more interesting (= each mission seems to work correctly).

I had several times the "good work you can RTB" message (either with damages on my plane or 100% intact), but each time I land on the Kuznetsov I don't get the "glad to have you back" message and my score is only 50. So I can't do the next mission. Any idea ? Thank you ! PS : I tried both the original mission file and the patched mission files available in the DCSW - SU-33 Campaign - Sea Dragon (Patch to Game) (v2.5x).

Thank you for this. But : if I hadn't posted a question about this in the forum I would have never known about the 1.4 stuff. I suppose anyone in my situation would wonder why setting the slider at 100% makes the resolution much higher. How come SteamVR doesn't communicate clearly about this ?

In FpsVR he says that "Reverb settings would be 100% and 100% to start." which sets the resolution much higher than the native one of the Reverb. I don't understand why he says that ?...

It means the HMD hasn't recognized its position inside the area you set up the first time you started the HMD configuration. Try to improve the lighting of your room, or just do another area configuration.
