Hi, i've tried this mission at least 25 times but I can't succeed. I think the main problem is that I get shot down sooner or later by manpad or SA (9 I think, not sure). Anyway, my wingmen and I never succeed in killing EVERY target, as it seems to be the only way to pass this mission. Any advice ? Can I "cheat" and modify the mission to unhide the SA9 out of the forest ? This is a big flaw indeed, because we have no chance killing it when it's hidden by the forest...

Hi, I shot at the first enemy groups, go on, then contact Alpha, destroy the 4 vehicles of the convoy, confirm (with Taiga ?) that everything is destroyed. Then, I don't have any message telling me to RTB... instead I get a "mission failed" message.

You have to VERY CAREFULLY STICK to the road to waypoint 1.

As for me, the first time I land on the Minsk, the left skid is broken. And I'm not doing a hard landing, piloting skills are not a problem for me in this helicoptere. The second time I land on the Minsk, the second skid gets broken. I have to finish the mission without skids : so I haven't succedded yet but I think it will be OK the next time if I'm a bit lucky (rear rotor not being broken after a landing, etc...) DCS Beta. Is it a bug ? EDIT : disregard, I had to land very VERY VERRYYYYYYYY carefully, more than usual...

In the discord thread the second picture (about 5-2 mission) is wrong : it doesn't show the correct stuff. There is no KA50 in mission 5-2, there are 3 bridges, etc... As for me, I get stuck in this mission : the convoy comes to an end but I'm never told to land next to the fuel truck. And I notice there is another convoy that stops in the middle of the south bridge, maybe the problem comes from here ?

Hi, I'm doing this mission today. So far the campaign was excellent, I found there were (a bit) too many "round trips" in mission 5-1, but in mission 5-2 we just keep on landing on a bridge, and on the road, and on a bridge, and go back, and go north if "there's something we can do", and go south, and north again, ... At such point I don't even understand where I have to go and what I have to do... I'm confused nobody else seem to share my opinion, so I suppose I'm doing something wrong... But I say again : so far, this campaign has been very very very nice !

Oh, thank you. I didn't know one could have this answer by using the mission editor (I think I've never used it so far...) Anyway, too many trees, I finally scored 75 but was able to do the next mission. Thank you again !

I can't score more than 75. I hit soldiers left of the bridge, then the 2 cars, then I have to hit soldiers running north to the forest... OK but where are they ?? Then I hit the remaining group and score 75. Thank you !

I was also unable to finish mission 6, and also had trouble with mission 7, during which I could fly over the base without anything happening... The Gazelle has some bugs (the laser designator doesn't work well, the VTH is useless by night when firing a missile, ...). I'm a bit disapointed by this module. I think one should really think twice before buying modules that came out several years ago, as the developpers sometimes can't afford to fix the bugs introduced by DCS afterwards.

When I arrive on site, a helicopter is crashing on a mountain. If I understood correctly, I have to shoot at it (?). If I don't, it does little "jumps" on the snow, as if it was trying to take off but couldn't. At some point, if I don't shoot at it, it ends falling down the slope and gets destroyed. Anyway : I fire one missile at it, then I see 2 vehicles (one firing at me) so I destroy one. Then I don't have ammo left. Sluggy just stays behind me and does nothing.

I'm also trying this mission now. I'm stuck before.. I shoot the helicopter which has a failure, then I shoot one of the vehicles. Then I don't have amo left so I tell The AH64 to kill the second vehicle : he goes away and hides behind the mountain. And does nothing. What am I doing wrong ?

Hi, In the Valley Campaign, I'd like to know why there are often 2 files for 1 mission : for example : A-10A Camp 4A A-10A Camp 4B etc... What are the differences ? How to play B missions ? Thank you.
