I second "average_pilot" question, It will be helpful to know where these numbers "RAW" are taken from and hand-offs from app to app. I spent hundreds of hours trying to tweak this and is still not good. If community knew more where these numbers come from and where are they used in different stages on getting VR picture, maybe we can figure it out together how to fix this. It seems that this bug makes the game unplayable in VR to many people. So far I learned that these numbers maybe stored on the VR headset itself and are numbers from factory calibration to adjust for imperfection in lenses and screens mounting and curvatures ... I think. If that is true, how does DCS gets these wrong?

Hello all, just made a little visual to give some idea what the variables and some magnitude and direction of adjustments do in the "WMR Debug Tool"

Hello All, an amateur DCS user here. I have a standalone version of DCS (not over Steam) with several modules. I have an HTC Vive Pro 2, a good performing PC, and I get terrible cross eye when I start DCS in VR. I used the "WMR debug" tool but it is a real challenge to get it right for me - I get the settings close but it keeps looking blurry and I get a headache. I spent few days reading posts about it to make sure I'm not missing something easy and obvious but I have no luck. I uninstalled SteamVR and deleted all the files as described in the VR FAQ, no difference. Re-installed WMR, no difference. My Questions: Only very few users of Vive Pro 2 say they have to use the "WMR Debug" tool. Did I mess up the sequence of installing things and DCS is not using the right software to adjust my VR eyes settings? Where does DCS suppose to find the eyes settings to do it automatically? Some of the things I'm still confused about and still reading and trying to understand. What is SteamVR OpenXR?. With my Vive Pro2, am I supposed to do something to run OpenXR or is OpenVR/OpenXR for my issue does not matter? (I don't have performance issues, good FPS, no stutter - just cross eye). I'm I supposed to use the WMR? I see zero change with it installed and uninstalled... As always, any help is highly appreciated!

Spoiler Alert! I had trouble with that one also. Here is what I did to pass it: If you do it right, I think there will be at least 8 bogies to shut down in three waves. 4 in the air at start of the mission. 2 taking off after one of the 4 gets shot, and than shortly after 2 more taking off. Your flight only should shoot 1 out of the 8. If you shoot others too early, than your sister flight Ford4 goes with guns only after the Migs on the runway that are taxing. They get stuck on the runway shot up never getting airborne just smoking: no kill count. You don't need to push too early. Need to get there on time. Shoot just one of the 4 that are in the air. This will trigger other Migs to start taxing. Led Ford4 waste time with the other 3 that still in the air so the other 4 Migs on the runway can get airborne. They will take off one at a time and almost immediately one of the Ford4 F15Cs will shoot them down. The sister flight Ford4 is so efficient that this mission is more on doing nothing and wasting time so other Migs can get off the ground after a trigger of shooting one Mig down before Ford4 start using guns when they are taxing. After 8 of the Migs got shot down (one by me, 7 by Ford4), I also followed the way points to spent couple minutes on the CAP and then I went home and landed. Got 100 mission completed but I don't remember seeing anything that said "Mission Success" before I exited mission... I may have misted it.

F15C Red Flag - can't complete mission 4
Poniat replied to Poniat's topic in User Created Missions General
Thank you Feefefofum! I'm so green to this that it's embarrassing… what DLC stands for? -
I bought old NTTR: F-15C 16-2 Red Flag Campaign released 1/15/2016 that calls for DCS 2.0 I know it is old, but I though I will give it a shot. I'm stuck on mission 4: REMOVING THE BEAR’S CLAWS Between my 4-plane group and another AI 4-plane group on fighter sweep we kill all the bandits but I only get 50% mission score and no cigar. Anyone knows what are the missions goals or conditions to complete that mission? How can I see mission goals for the campaign missions? I did open this mission in mission editor but the "mission goal" box is empty. :tomato:

Specially mods, way want to take the mods out.

Did you try the repair utility? Looks like you have lots of errors on loading DCS files.

It's FIXED - it was the Antivirus! I did what Rudel suggested and placed the : I placed the C:\Users\Darek\Saved Games\DCS in the exclusions for my Bitdifender antivirus and game runs like a champ! Thank you Rudel! Thank you all!

Game crashes before I even log in. I just freshly installed Windows 10 on a new hard drive, check Nvidia driver, updated sound card driver, download DCS... crashes shortly after it check for updates. In general troubleshooting it says "Release C:\Users\Darek\Saved Games\DCS" What is that mean? It seams that windows or my antivirus is stopping DCS from writing to files...
