the Black Shark 2 patch won't install. i would guess this is because i don't have Black Shark installed to the default installation folder? the error message: DCS Black Shark must be installed

i have an Nvidia GTX 570 video card. in the Nvidia Control Panel there is a setting for Digital Vibrance. raising it to 75% or more makes the colors "pop". i don't know if the ATI control panel has a similar setting that you could adjust to see if that helps?

the simulator.exe was version 1.0.2.0 before the patch and now it is version 1.2.1.0 after being patched.

i have FC 2 installed to: C:\Games\Eagle Dynamics\LockOn Flaming Cliffs 2 the logbook file is named players.lua and is found in this folder on my computer: C:\Games\Eagle Dynamics\LockOn Flaming Cliffs 2\BlackShark\data\scripts\Logbook

do the FC 2 mission editor triggers work in multiplayer missions?

Takira has asked about this at SimHQ, also. he did not include the info here that he has Black Shark installed to e:\games\Ka-50 instead of the default location. could this be the reason the patch won't install?

play the SimHQ missions in a multiplayer session. start your own server and see if they will run for you. that is what works for me.

using the method Airway has explained i have made an English .pdf of the training missions text. it is 52 pages. this is the text that appears in the upper-right hand corner of the screen during the training missions. you will find a few places where ? question marks will appear in the text. these are in place of the Cyrillic letters that should be there.
