  1. If you are running both Release and open beta versions and you do not see Tacview in the installed tab or the Tacview controls under Options - Special in one of these versions, then un-install Tacview and reinstall. Tacview will then read both versions and give you the option of turning it off during multiplayer for a slight increase in fps performance. Speed
  2. Proposal to add 77th Sqn RAAF Good morning SeaQuark, I wanted to follow up on our concurrent sorties on Saturday past when you were flying in a flight of 39th pilots and I with flights of 401/450 Sqn to suggest that we should coordinate our actions and fly some missions together. We could fly sweeps based on a few simple pre-planned routes and timings to be coordinated via voice comms, we could operate together to mount more complex CAS missions with a larger protective screen and, I think, together we could dominate the airspace and provide the Mig 15 community with an enjoyable challenge. No.401/450 Sqns have been flying together as a group on Saturday nights at 2400 hrs Zulu for over eight years now and with the introduction of the Sabre, combined with the best server experience any of us have enjoyed to date (and that says a lot when you compare some of the great work done by ATAG and Team Fusion in CoD), our team have renewed enthusiasm and would love to fly with the 39th VFS. Thanks for all that you are doing to bring the flight sim community together. We are a diverse lot, with many eras and a multitude of aircraft to chose from, so your efforts to draw together a group of like minded Sabre/Mig 15 enthusiasts is indeed worthy of praise and thanks. You have mine. I’m very hopeful that you will favour our suggestions but I fully appreciate that you may not want to add additional load to your server and will gladly accept your decision. That being the case, we would still wish to join with you to fly together in the months to come. All the best Speed 401 Sqn Sabre Flight
  3. Spawn Error Sukhumi Airport SeaQuark, Two a/c from Uncle and Queen flights are spawning in one location resulting in the loss of both planes. Queen 2 was recently re-numbered to correct a duplication between Queen 1 a/c #821 and Queen 2 that was also designated #821. The number designations were corrected so that Queen 2 is now a/c #822. That much is good to go. During that process Queen 2 a/c #822 was moved from its original spawn location to the spawn location occupied by Uncle 3 a/c #819. Request that Queen 2 a/c #822 be moved to a vacant spawn location next to the other a/c of Queen flight. Thanks Speed
  4. Just wanted to thank SeaQuark and Invisibull and the good folks at 39th VFS for creating this dynamic and immersive sim environment in the Korea! 1952 server. No.401 Sqn (Can) and No.450 Sqn (Aus) are currently conducting conversion training from the DCS Spitfire & Mustang to the F-86F Sabre. Our training is structured to encompass all flight control and armament systems in accordance with the Sabre manual and when our training syllabus has been completed, we look forward to joining with your organized events. We aim to fly two complete four ship flights. Thanks again to SeaQuark for graciously allowing us to conduct this training out of Sukhumi. Cheers Speed
