There is no option to tell Jester to stop the dumb comments. I believe you're referring to the "boring Jester" option mentioned in the HB manual that is not implemented. Yes, I already do the 'set Jester no talking' before tanking, however, it's annoying that we still have to do that any time we want to tank.

Heatblur, for all that is holy, please squash this bug. It is singularly the most annoying thing of all time! Just turn off all of the annoying jokes and comments all together.

Hornet NAV lights at night are still an issue and not resolved. They are not as bad as they once were, but still creating the 'glowing orb' effect, this is especially apparent in VR.

My MissionScripting.lua file is somehow going blank randomly, causing an obvious mission script error message to appear. I've run repair multiple times and not touched the file afterwards. the backup file shows the correct script in it.

When I said converting, I just meant changing the extension. That was it, cleaned out that folder and ran the ogg.miz. Mission loaded and played the sound. After playing the mission, the C:\Users\Ethan\AppData\Local\Temp\DCS.openbeta was still empty. But I'm extremely grateful for all your help, hopefully that solved the problem. Interestingly, it doesn't always have the issue, I'd go weeks with no problems playing mission then suddenly they'd lock up. There were a lot of files in that Temp file so maybe something was causing conflict.

Just tested, .wav files work just fine, mission loaded and the sound played. I've even tried converting .ogg files to .wav to make missions work, such as the airboss soundfiles. and they won't play as a .wav but the mission will run. Attached is the dcs.log if you needed it dcs.log

When I went to activate it, it was already enabled in my autoexec.cfg

I don't run any 3rd party antivirus software and attempted several times with windows firewall and antivirus off, no luck.

I'm having CTD every time I attempt to load a mission that has any .OGG sound files in the .MIZ. Doesn't matter if it's a campaign, Public multiplayer mission, or mission I created.

Ground crew will not respond no matter where you are parked. Tested with the F-14, F/A-18C, and F-16. I have had aircraft parked in the same spots for 3 years running my server mission and it's always worked until recently.
