Hi Guys, I just love this sim Thank alot to all concerned. Question : I notice that when firing the cannon the smoke effect seems to keep showing for a few seconds after you have fired. Is there a way in reducing this effect slightly. In other words once you release the trigger the smoke stops as well. The screen shot show me firing the awesome UPK-23 cannon. Timm

Hi Guys, Just a small question regarding one of the default textures I have been flying. I notice that the front part is a green/sandy texture but the rear half is a two tone brown colour. Is that a correct texture ? Timm

Hi Guys, I'm slowing getting there, I have noticed that my Collective does not move up/down when I use my Throttle (X52 Pro) but the Differential Engine Controls do. How can I change this or is this normal ? I have assigned my throttle in the setup section. Timm

Hi there, Did a un-install and put back and I noticed that on one of the opening windows when installing you have an option of REAL MODE which I ticked and that seems to have sorted out this problem. Had a Stick issue but able to sort out. To all who helped me a very BIG thank you. Timm

Hi Guys, OK Here is an up-date. Got the default key commands up, thanks Prophet for info I just went to a key command box added default and then went looking for it in the drop down tree window. Even thou I have got all commands in the game I am still not able to fly any mission in the Simulation mode. What I have tried is : REAL GAME SETTINGS:ON , GAME PLAY: SIMULATION, RESULT: LOCKED OUT (can't get pass the PAUSE/BREAK SCREEN. even thou this key is mapped out for the game). REAL GAME SETTINGS: ON, GAME PLAY: GAME, RESULT : GOOD TO GO I'm running the game on full windows mode, and using a Logitech cordless keyboard. I'm going to un-install, re-install and see what happens. Timm

Hi Guys, Just got back from work and many thanks for replies. I have just gone into the key command setup and I notice that when I drop down the real mode key strokes theres nothing there. so that is why I was not being able to get out of the game. I have pressed the default tab at the bottom which has not added any key commands. Here is a shot. Timm

Hi I'm doing that. Coming completely out of the game ie back to desktop re-start game go into settings and thats it LOCKED. The last shot is a mission and thats it no go.Timm

Hi, Thanks for that. But I'm abit lost here. When you say "Turn on the real avionics" are you referring to the game setup screen ? because I had that ticked for easy Avionics but when I un-ticked it and went back into the game I got the below screen and was completely locked out, In other words when pressing " PAUSE/BREAK" key to start nothing not able to do a thing except doing ALT,CTRL,& DELETE to get out of that screen, but when I re-clicked the "EASY AVIONIC" great got back into the game. Any clues in what is going on ? Timm

Hi Guys, Need some help here again please. I am slowly getting around this beast but I have notice when on ground and need to do a startup I have not got a mouse pointer to click the switches. Has the VC got a visible mouse pointer or not. I downloaded a start-up video and this guys has a yellow X which turns green when over a usable switch. I get one at the very start of the sim but then goes when planning flights. Timm

Hi Guys, Just a small question. When I first downloaded this game I noticed that there where two files that needed to be downloaded one called "setup" and the other called "data1". I have both these on my desktop I have opened and running the SETUP file what what does this DATA1 file do and where should I put it ? Timm

Hi Guys, Ok just got this awesome chopper sim, and just need to ask how do you get the TrackIR to work in the VC ? I am only able to pan around using the hat switch on my stick. Timm
