  1. I've tried and tried. Account settings > Change > New email address > Entered... Save > Enter password > Reauthenticate Then straight back to New email address... round and round it goes. I've changed my password. I can log in obviously. I don't receive any email confirmations etc Tried different browsers and a bunch of other stuff. I just changed my email on digitalcombatsimulator.com no problem. Any Ideas?
  2. Thank you. I can stop tearing my hair out now.
  3. I have been able to fire many MAVF with and without the TGT pod... in the past. Now the MAV stays crossed out no matter what I do. Sometimes the cross flashes on and off quickly. ? Master arm on AG mode FLIR on Stores select MAVF Sensor control to right DDI Find target and Depress... got the diamond on the target Sensor control to left DDI MAV moves to target IN RANGE but stays locked... X sometimes flashes on and off. This used to work but not now. Can you spot what I'm doing wrong now please?
  4. I bought an x56 and went back to my x52. The things i don't like about the x56. Stiff throttles, sloppy joystick (requiring deadzones), poor button/switch placement. After fighting the x56 and wanting to like it I decided the x52 had enough buttons in more functional locations and smoother and less stiff movement. Sure you can use the pinky as a modifier... but it's not in a great location. Just my 2c. edit: spelling
  5. F-15 does fly with one wing though.
  6. Indeed. Back in 1985 I was in Darwin and the RAAF had just brought it's first Hornets back to Australia and was showing them off. I have a very clear memory of standing at the end of the runway in Darwin watching a couple of Hornets flying low and fast above the runway... silent as they approached and then thundering overhead. I had also just bought my first x86 based PC and had Microsoft Flight Simulator version 1 installed... displayed in glorious CGA. It was little more than stick figures back then. I've been flying ever since and have enjoyed every increase in realism over the years. I have to agree with you though. Not in my wildest dreams back then did I think I would be flying one of the F-18s with the level or realism both in software and hardware as we have today. So my thanks to ED for all their hard work and making it a reality. Brilliant work...
