  1. Look here: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=212282 Go into controls make sure you pick the F18 from the top left, then go to axis commands.
  2. Re: Dropping like a rock... Right now the F18 is more like a kidney stone that needs to pass. You have to set your afterburner detent in the key map control settings and switch that on or you burners wont light. Dont ask my why such an issue was created, more new play frustration. Hopefully new updates to the F18 will square things away  The F18 feels like a F9 Panther when you throttle up, a very un-realistic slow engine response will send you swimming if you don't anticipate in advance speed requirements for certain maneuvers.
  3. I did the dead zone trick & my plane still veers off low left. Under no circumstances can I get auto pilot to work. My other DCS planes work without issue. Let's get the developers on this.
  4. I have the same experience, however if I drop at lower altitudes with intervals of 50 i get some vehicle kills. But there is risk to iR manpads & AAA fire.
  5. Sorry no drive by cheap shots, try to be above it.
  6. Believe! Lots of problems with early access, SIGH...
  7. No, you will be paying top dollar for an aircraft that is not ready. Unless you like frustration!
  8. Possibly i only get nose wheel steering when I click on anti skid from the pit. I can't get auto pilot to work no matter what I do. My f18 rolls down to the left and will crash of i let go of the stick (F18 only).
  9. I think I see the issue flaps go all the way down, rear stabilizer goes up. Hence i just flutter down into the ocean. I put the flaps up slowly speed was generated. Thanks all.
  10. Well I guess Im hosed, cant get auto pilot or undesignate/nosewheel steer to work for any of those commands. Thanks anyway.:(
  11. I am able to lock up a ground target in AUTO mode (CCRP), and put ordinance on it (YAY). However i cannot unlock, de-select the designation no matter what i do. Sorry you RTFM guys, it is not covered. How do I de-select or re-assign to a new target location? Switching to CCIP is useless, as it places the fall line on the prior designated point. Switching Master mode off, and turning on Ground attack mode didnt work. IS THIS A KNOWN BUG? or is there a solution? Thanks for any help. ;)
  12. Need for speed post, I was accused of not knowing the plane. However this is a similar post where there is a lack of power or response from throttle inputs. A bug????
  13. I know all of that gee thanks, it's more like a big issue.
  14. Thanks i will give it a try!
