Is there any way to prevent it from bringing up the VAICOM kneeboard page every time I interact with jester via VAICOM? I am usually using my kneeboard pages and its annoying to have to constantly cycle back to the page I was on.

I have begun getting crashes and partial lock ups in DCS running vaicom pro. This all began Monday after no software changes that I was aware of. The DCS log is generating multiple values of the following: 2020-12-15 01:07:25.875 ERROR COCKPITBASE: VAICOMPRO::update:[string "Scripts/Aircrafts/_Common/Cockpit/VAICOMPRO/device/VAICOMPRO_Device.lua"]:405: attempt to perform arithmetic on upvalue 'timer' (a nil value) Each time causes the VR to stutter and nearly lock up. And eventually it causes DCS to just freeze altogether. I have attached the DCS log for reference. Any help would be appreciated. dcs_VAICOM error.log

Can confirm this has been an issue since the last patch at least. Happens regardless of fuel state on spawn.

Common denominator without further experimenting might be WMR as we discussed.

This is the issue I (Folgers) DM'd you about the other day. I was experimenting with it and it might indeed have to do with statics on the deck as it happens when i look toward certain static objects.

WMR beta plugin also got an update addressing SteamVR crashes, so make sure you have that updated as well. That stopped my SteamVR crashes.

Check the bind on the NWS button to make sure you are pressing it. Also, the NWS will not turn on if you are kneeled down at all. Also, more commonly, if you accidentally turned the LG emergency extend (happens easily by accident by right clicking the LG handle) the NWS will not engage.

Eh my solution was a total uninstall of DCS and related files and reinstall. I notice my video settings menu is now different as well so perhaps I got a corrupted patch when it originally downloaded?
