  1. Can anyone tell me about Quixel SUITE 2 ? It looks good and the price is right. The Last software I purchased for skinning was Paint shop Pro 6!(yes I'm old as dirt!:megalol:)
  2. Thanks for the reply's! I've down loaded the free trial version of CC and already like it better than Gimp. I will defiantly be looking into CS6.I would much rather buy it than buy a subscription Or CS3:)
  3. I have used GIMP for several years,Bit it don't seem to like Razbam's paint kits.So I have decided to take the plunge and get Photoshop. Holy Crap! They're are a lot options to choose from! All I want to do is Goof around with some skins. :helpsmilie: Which package would be my best bet?
  4. I had an old program-able keyboard I was not using and came up with this... a bit closer view I was able to switch the key caps around. So I changed the numbers on the NumPad to match the UFC and set up two rows of buttons sort of like an Armament Control Panel.Stations,Mode,fuze,etc... Now to see how well it works in game! :pilotfly:
  5. Here you go!enjoy! :joystick: Cockpit repair.zip
  6. That worked like a champ! Thanks! However,I was still getting this... So I checked some files and found out the had let one out. So,I borrow file from Gospadin's English cockpit (M2KC_6C-ENG) and added an entry to to the description.lua file like this.. And I ended up with this... I've learned a bit about editing this morning, now I'm off
  7. Not a problem,you replied just now.
  8. Thank for the reply.Would you believe,My install just updated today ? I went into Settings>SPECIAL>M-200C and you now have to option of selecting an English cockpit! Unfortunately,it still don't work (!@#$%^&*)Oh well, maybe next update:noexpression:
  9. :helpsmilie:Well,I have tried to search this ,tried installing it many different ways, but I having no luck. I want to install the English cockpit to my M-2000C. to be able to change it would be nice ,but at this point I am perfectly willing to make it mt default cockpit. Please help,I want to get back to crashing into the sides of mountains and such.
  10. I agree, those are nicer. But mine is cheaper :) I'll get one of those later.
  11. Not sure If I've just rediscovered the new world or If this is something new. I was watching a u-tube video about slew button replacement and it got me to thinking. The Mic button and the Slew button were very close to the same size. The only thing that works on my slew button is the center press. So I dis- assembled my right throttle handle and the two buttons were the same size! You guessed it,I swapped them.took me all of 10 minutes.I went in game and assigned my slew buttons to the re positioned mic switch and it works like a charm! The video was by a guy named weltensegLA and can be found here The button bodys are keyed,so line them up and don't force them into place. the old slew button is kind of tall,so you might want to add an extension to it. Hope someone else finds this helpful
  12. Just did a test and you hit the nail on the head!Worked like a charm. Thanks for the help. now off to try a little skin rework :)
  13. Not sure this is the right sub forum(I'm a DCS noob),but here goes. In my A-10C folder (DCS World>Bazar>Liveries>A-10C)There are several skins that don't show in the mission maker dropdown. Are they for AI use only or something? I really like the Israeli 3 color desert skin and would like to use it.Is there a way I can ?
