Has anyone heard from Urze or had ANY contact with him? :helpsmilie:I would really appreciate any help. I have tried all means of contacting him. He does not respond. Meanwhile it has been over 2 months since he received payment on my order. Thanks.

Flim, I would not consider yourself "lucky", maybe just luckier than me! I trusted Urze, knowing he was having some problems. Now he has violated that trust, and, the law. Part of the problem is that Urze has a good reputation, (10), and some people might not understand why he has put himself in a situation like this. I know I don't. I hope a moderator, or someone who knows him can get in touch with him. I can not sit by when someone has commited fraud aginst me. This has gone on too long. Something is wrong. I DO hope Urze is OK, but, I am out of some hard earned cash. I also know there will be people who read this and think I am the bad guy. I am not. When all is said and done, I put my faith and tust with the good Lord. Then I go flying. It is my outlet, where, I can leave my troubles behind. I'll be so glad when this matter is resolved. My Avatar, to the left, is my family crest. It is a picture of a wild boar with the Latin words; " NE OBLIVICARIS ". It means; " Never Forget ".

Thanks Poko24. As you can tell I am very frustrated. I don't know what to make of this situation. I know Urze has a good side, and, many friends. I have been extremely polite in all my 'conversations' with him. I would love to see his business succeed. But the most important thing I have learned about any business venture is; " The customer is always right ". And not communicating with them will only make matters worse. So Urze, I hope you are reading this, and, if so, will you please contact me. Thank you.

I have e-mailed Urze. I have left messages on his website, and, on this site. Urze will not reply. I contacted PayPal only to learn that because 45 days have passed I can not file a complaint. Not Happy. And yet he still advertises in these forums. :doh::doh::doh::cry::( Thank you very much Andreas Urzedowski. You got me. Got me good. Not happy. And to think I gave you the benefit of the doubt, and, wished you the best of luck in your business.

This situation is not funny. I am out over $200.00! I can not get in touch with Urze. Seems no one can. Now I have to take action. Something I do not want to do, and, hoped it would never come to this. I am aware that he did run into some problems, but, now it has become a problem for me.

I was given a ship date of 2/28/09. I e-mailed him asking for a conformation on my orders status. He has not replied as of yet:music_whistling:.

May I ask please, not to use the word "retards". It is very demeaning. My wife takes care of mentally challenged people for a living. They are wonderful people who live with a disability. They are extremely kind, happy, and very thankful of things that we may take for granted. I am not trying to rant on anyone about this. All I ask is that we all be more considerate of people with disabilities. Thank you.

BaD CrC - This has been my thinking also. I have seen it implemented in simulators, some, to the point where they place bezels over the simulated guages, along with proper rotary knobs, switches, buttons, etc. If you hear of a solution please post it! And if I learn something along these lines I will be sure to contact you. :thumbup: Sounds like the way to go!

Overall- A solid 90%. As stated before; nothing in life is perfect. But BS is damn good!

Okay! I opened mouth and inserted foot. I humbly apologise to Womble and all those I offended. Womble does have a right to be hear and speak his thoughts, and, I have no right saying what I did. I am man enough to admit when I am wrong. Boy, was I wrong on this one! I never intended to speak for everyone. But I have met new friends on this forum, and feel like part of a community. My reason for coming to this forum is because I enjoy Black Shark, and, have learned so much from all the good folks who post here. Again, I apologise to all. As of this morning I am still trying to pry my foot out of my mouth. I will end this by saying that because of my addiction to Black Shark and my complete respect to the people who created it I let my emotions get the better of me. You ruffled a few feathers. Almost eveyone in this forum is passionate about Black Shark. We will move forward as we have been, and, as a community. I for one do not understand your complete and utter dislike for Black Shark based on only a fraction of its amazing content. You state that you have just purchased this, yet, there are some (many) among us who have had BS for a while and feel we have just scratched the surface. Lastly, you chose the wrong venue to request your refund. You do not belong here, and, you are owed a refund. Do not reply to this message or forum. If you do then you are responsible for trying to inflame people and our like for a sim we get so much enjoyment out of. End of story.

Just bought it yesterday and into the campaign that quick? You are good dude! Too good for BS. Give the ace a refund. He obviously doesnot know what he is missing out on.
