    You should use the zip file from the asserts of the latest release and install it with blender. 

    Releases:

    Be aware that this exporter is not thought to export downloaded models and have a working model with 2 or 3 clicks.

    Install:

    • Download io_BlenderEdmExporter.zip from asserts of the latest release.
    • Blender: Go to Edit->Preferences->Add-Ons, press install and choose downloaded zip file
    • Activate the add-on

    It is written in the readme. Please read it.

    A lot of expanding gases are produced in compartment with one exit - those gases are released by that exit - it's a lot of mass going one direction - this is the action. The reaction is the projectile in which this action is taking place, being moved by equal force the opposite way.

     

    Where's the helicopter, or even the launcher in this ? It's a ROCKET, the RECOIL is what's acting on the PROJECTILE, not launcher or helicopter. Are we really going to continue through 4th page of discussion about a failure in basic physics ?

  3. Shaders in blender do not matter for edm export. Roughmet ist used only when you fulfill the naming convention. There are multiple places in the forum how to do that. One here

    Diffuse and roughmet have to have the same name but the roughmet has the addition _roughmet at the end. This not the case here. You have to rename the roughmet.

  4. collision boxes are mainly for damage identification. Collision lines are the one's which are colide sensitive. 
    These lines must be placed everywhere on the Model to cover every possible collision.
    All lines and Boxes need to have a proper naming which one can grab from Modelviewer.

    Yes but here it is about a ramp like a heliport or a deck of an aircraft carrier not about a model like a heli.
