I'm now thinking that my issue is the video card and has nothing to do with DCS. I'm running the GeForce RTX 2070 and I'm seeing that there are a lot of issue with that card. Yes I did a clean install. I'm not running any particular campaign. My issue occurs simply flying the P-51 over Tblisi with no other modules or maps installed. I've never tried the cleanup but I thought a reformat of my PC and clean install of windows 10 would take care of that.

No I do not overclock the GPU. The issue began at the last 2.5 stable version update. Just an FYI - I'm not upset, this particular computer is dedicated to DCS only. I'm hopeful that a future update will correct the issue somehow. Is there a way to download and install a previous version of 2.5 stable version? If not, I'll just be patient for a future update.

It appears I'm done with DCS for a while. I've completely reformatted my computer, reinstalled the basics with DCS and I still get the same VR spikes and game crashes. I give up.

I did the windows update and still have the same results. I’ll try the gpu update.

How do you refresh the saved games folder?

I’m experiencing the same video spikes and crashes. I’m running the 2.5 stable version. This has been the case since the last update. Hopefully the next update will correct this.

Thanks for the detailed review. I’ve CNC’d my last setup and currently wanting another so I’m considering a rig like yours. Does it have a center joystick mount or only right side?

I flew this training mission that Wags had posted a YT video on last week and now for some reason can't seem to locate it in game. Did it get deleted with an update possibly?

In missions with sound files attached such as Red Flag Iron hand, the ambient radio chatter is too loud. Is there a way to edit the volume without effect all other sounds without editing the mission?

Red Flag / Iron Hand ambient radio chatter I downloaded and ran this mission last night and the ambient radios chatter (although very immersive) is too loud. Is there a way to reduce the volume on just this without re doing the sound file the mission designer used?

I've had a user and login on the ED Forums for a number of years. I was inactive the last few years and found that I can no longer create new or respond to existing post.
