  1. I think RX and RY are mini stick axes - not available in x55.
  2. MOSI blue LED red GND green AD_RZ grey +5V purple SCLK black MISO orange RX white RY brown NSS_HT yellow
  3. Sorry but deleted the files after successful print. Thanks.
  4. The dampers are from my rc truck - Team Associated Monser GT. Part number: Team Associated 25059 Shocks lenght: 72mm - 104mm
  5. No, there are no marks on extension - but You can make a small black dots on white casing to make it easier to fit it. Here are some images of dampers:
  6. Logitech x-56 with 15cm extension. A lot of buttons, hats and switches, two mini analog sticks and very precise motion imho.
  7. My small review after three days of intensive testing. Bottom and top part 3d printed in black. Very smooth finish - looks like abs smoothed with acetone. Middle (looks like 34mm diameter pvc pipe) part is glued to the top and bottom - it is not possible to dismantle the parts. I think all black would look better. 10 spring loaded connectors on the bottom and 10 flat on the top. I did not have any problem installing the extension. It is plug and play. The extension is very stiff, threads are tight. Everything seems to be of very good quality. All buttons work as before. Same as rudder and mini stick. Playing DCS with extension is completely different experience. I have never flown a real plane, so it's hard for me to compare, but now everything seems more realistic. It is so much easier now. Before i was unable to control any planes or helicopters without custom axis curves. Now i can use flat axis in all of my modules. I am very happy with the purchase. I'm thinking about buying a 20 centimeter extension as well. Then I will have a choice of 15, 20 and 35cm lenghts.
  8. Just ordered 15cm extension (£35.99) from this link: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/223475853090 Should arrive on Tuesday or Wednesday. I will make a short review as soon as I get it. Thanks
  9. Over a year ago I decided to buy a new HOTAS setup. I chose between Warthog and Logitech x56. ultimately, the choice fell on Logitech X56. The main reason was rudder on the stick and two analogue mini sticks on the throttle and the stick. I never regretted my decision - it is great. But from the beginning I did not like stick sensitivity. Always have to use custom user curves to make planes flyable. That's why I've always envied the Warthog users with the possibility of extending the stick. Tried to 3d print my own extension (found it on thingverse) but I could not make it work. Last week I found 3d printed extension on eBAY. It's a bit expensive. but if I was sure that it works and that it will not break after the first use, I would buy it. Has anyone on this forum already tried it? Is it worth the money? Thanks.
  10. BIG THANK YOU!!! For such a useful post. I was able to assign speedbrake to one button (push to activate) in all of my modules. But I was looking for a way to stop Updater to overwrite original "default.lua" files in Mods folder. Just wanted to keep it all "maintenance free". Just wanted updater to update all files in Mods/input folders without deleting my custom keybinds. And I think I found an easy, quick solution. I'm using Logitech x-56. This example is for A10-c module. You have to do the same for every module you want to add custom keybinds. Created new .lua file in Mods/aircraft/A-10C/input/A-10C/joystick and called it "Saitek Pro Flight X-56 Rhino Throttle.lua" (the name has to be the same as DCS world using). And put this text into it, where the middle line are Your custom keybinds. Make sure there is the correct path to "default.lua" file in the first line (has to be different for each module). --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- local res = external_profile("Mods/aircraft/A-10C/Input/A-10C/joystick/default.lua") join(res.keyCommands,{ {down = iCommandPlane_HOTAS_SpeedBrakeSwitchAft, up = iCommandPlane_HOTAS_SpeedBrakeSwitchForward, name = _('HOTAS Speed Brake Switch CUSTOM'), category = _('HOTAS')}, }) return res --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The situation is a bit more complicated if You are using hotas already included in default profiles, eg: "Joystick - HOTAS Warthog.lua" or "Throttle - HOTAS Warthog.lua" as i believe these files are overwritten with an update. In this situation, You can rename Your controller in the registry. And create .lua file with a new name. And change the first line with "YourController.lua" instead odf "default.lua. Sorry for my english, and please do not hesitate to ask if You have any questions. Thanks.
  11. Never had any stuttering/instant frame drops in any of my games. It happens only in DCS. This issue starts a few months ago after one of the DCS world updates. Have over 15 devices connected to my network. But it seems that only the printer causing a micro stutter in DCS. I always kept my wifi printer on before. This is why I do not think there is anything wrong with my "wifi standard". But thanks for Your reply.
  12. As I said You should start with disconecting Ethernet cable and if that helps You should look deeper into the problem. I found out that my problem was caused by wireless printer. Now i have no stutters - all i have to do now is turn off my printer after print - switched off printer is not affecting Your multiplayer experience isn't it?
  13. Had the same microstutter problem before in singleplayer. Tried everything, including a reinstall of 160GB of data, disable overclocking all details to min. It happens every 1-2 minutes. Drops from stable 60fps to 7fps and go back to normal after 1sec. Now - no more stutter - and I still can not believe what was causing it. Started with disconnecting the ethernet cable from my pc and all stutter GONE completely. Plugged the cable again and found out that my pc trying to communicate with my printer over WI-FI every minute or so. Switched off the wireless printer (Canon ip7250) and that fixes the problem - no more frame drops. If You have micro stutter during the single player game, please unplug Your ethernet cable first and see if that helps. Disabling all network traffic in the firewall makes no change. Thanks. i7-8700k oc5GHz, oc1080ti
