Yes, that is really that sad. The pro-version with it´s buttons on the base, full-metal-gimbal, changeable grips and a twist-function (that addon which seems like vapor-ware for now) would be the best all-in-one-table-top-solution in my humble opinion - but seems like never going to happen. So this made me go full Virpil..

Hey, the VKB Gladiator MK2 is a good device to see what is possible aside of Logitech, TM and all that "toys" to compare with. I shot it for around 100€ with VAT and shipping and I can really recommend it. For me it is/was the nearly perfect table-top-solution, one device with nearly everything I need. Buttons, Twist and a hell of a complete new feeling regarding the gimbal and it´s smoothness when used in Heliborne, ArmA3 and War of Thunder. Only the lack of a more complex/modern Grip for the Gladiator-Base with some more button and HAT-options hurt me on the long run - this is why I´m still not flying DCS right now. But for me it was just a small backup to my decision to the next step - pre-ordering that cool F14-Grip, the WarBRD-Base and the T50CM-Throttle, now waiting for the dispatch. Man am I curious about that gear coming to me..

This might exactly be what I need someday when eventually all my gear is arriving. But it is really some kind of expencive. Good thing is I would support a small company in my country *g*

Yeah and it seems I get my pre-order packed next week - finally :)

Hay! Meanwhile Virpil confirmed via support-ticket that I will get the new Throttle (V3) and they try to get it shipped in the original 90-days-timeframe. So this puts some balm to my (impatient) feelings :joystick: Best wishes to UK and I may be allowed to say - we all gonna miss you if that brexit-mess really comes true ;) (end of politics, sry)

Same here. Pre-ordered a Throttle, a WarBRD-base and a WarBRD-grip on 21st March and still got nothing. Just that status which says "paid". All that stuff I pre-ordered was in stock several times inbetween too. Now with that new Throttle-announcement I am even more confused, cause it says everyone that pre-ordered the old Throttle gets a new V3 one.. not sure wether that caps me in and if, when my whole package will eventually come to me.. Maybe the whole new V.F.X (F14)grip will even be released before, which I would prefer pver the WarBRD-grip, but only if it will have twist, which I in doubt for.

Yeah, the whole thing now is atracting me. The form, the wheel on the side, the slider replacing the wheel and the switch on the outer side and once again the form :) Then this unparelling sounds like a real technical advantage to me.

I definitely see it the same way only the following makes me wonder.. "We would also like to confirm that everyone who has pre-ordered the standard VPC MongoosT-50 Throttle will be upgraded to the new MongoosT-50CM Throttle!" In some way I feel that means me too :pilotfly:
