  1. Yes ofc, a switch with a guard right underneath the high/low gain -switch. Makes landing so much better. And in CE, the guarded switch is right next to it on the right.
  2. To minimize issues, I always land with NWS Off and avoid brakes until the second half of the runway.
  3. It's world scale and can be checked very quickly. I did some testing when I sat in a real Viggen -cockpit and then compared the view in DCS. I changed to different settings and realized that the default setting is closest to reality.
  4. And to rub more salt ( facts ) to the wounds, it's not going to get any better in the future either. More modules are needed for income and to keep the company functioning. Every module they release also means more modules that require upkeep. WWII -modules bring less revenue so they get much less attention. It's very clear that year by year, it's less n less likely to get anything added to these older WWII -modules. No company is ever going to admit something is left to dust because of bad image but actions speak for themselves, there's no way to sugar coat it. The ONLY way to have any chance of faster ( if any ) updates to older, less sold modules, is to hire more faculty. That is expensive and risky and we don't even know if ED is doing that actively or not. Even so, that gives no guarantee of any kind that this new possible workforce would put their efforts in these WW2 -modules or any of the older modules. Don't hate the messenger.
  5. I'm waiting for Winwing DirectDrive -base and their FFB -pedals. Interesting times.
  6. They just recently said that they won't do F-14D so I wouldn't hold my breath. It should be somewhere here on the forums.
  7. Well you can sit down and wait since Polychop has no dev team anymore, we're waiting for any kind of news. If they hire a new team, they need to get familiar with the code and then start working on whatever it is that they have to work on so we are talking x amount of years here.
  8. There's some rattling there before the pov changes. And like mentioned above, get some transducers/bassshakers/buttkickers etc. It really is a must.
  9. Those real life examples are older variants with different propellers. That could easily be the difference so better compare the same variants.
  10. Oh man do I wish that as well, I want to believe. I hope they'd hire more faculty even tho. it's always expensive.
  11. Which means there's little to none of that dev time dedicated for the Mosquito. It's only natural to feel dissatisfaction and feel like it's abandoned. I bought the moment it came out, it's been gathering dust in the hangar most of the time. Then I had to take a break from games for 2 years, when I get back and check on the mossie, it's the same when I left... Difficult to find positivity in that and why should I anyway. I admit this has changed the way I purchase modules these days but that causality.
  12. So what's the current situation?
  13. Cool! WIP from whom?
