if i get a fail to aligh what steps do i take to reset the alignment procreedure to the start. i have tried to press list, m-sel,rcl,seq but i still have the "align fail" on the screen with the word ROLL highlighted in green unders *coarse*

I must admit I do not know enough about the flight characteristics to comment on how the Hurrican would compare against other aircraft. I thought it played an unsung role durung the war including the Hardest day for the defence of Britain as for the other aircraft if we can start to gain some momentum for ww2 with ED they may decide to increase the team to develop it further. Perhaps this topic need more pilots to add to it to gain traction.

I have just purchased the corsair and am looking forward to the Pacific theatre pack, flying against the Japanese. But i do wonder why ED have not added other aircraft such as Hurrican, Tempest, ME 110, etc. I understand the Hurrican would be another pure fighter but visually it would be nice to see them Also it would be nice to see other Bombers, shooting down the same bomber can be tiresome. Again I understand a bomber is a bomber to some degree but seeing the Heinkel , wellington etc would be nice. Hopefully the lancaster will come even though it was used a lot at night during the war. Perhaps some polls are required from ED regarding ww2

can anyone offer assistance on how to use the bombs on the p47 30 early i cant seem to work out what key i need to map to the stick for bomb release, the weapons release does not work even after i have armed the bombs.

I hope they dont discontinue the zoom option. If you do get a chance to stop them please add my request to the list . it would be nice if the could fix the issue i had for each individual aircraft because I only need this for the ww2 aircraft. Does it overwrite the keys for the other aircraft and helicopters. I back up the key bindings and would like to do the same for the UI. Where do I find that in the DCS directories

Hi I have tried to map the buttons on the UI . When I double click on the throttle button i want to map the mapping option does not appear in the UI If i am doing this right, to access the UI i am clicking on the cog at that top of the first screen when DCS starts , then controls, then the Fw190 D-9

So they are removing the VR tracker and VR spyglass tracker zoom? Are you saying they would work fine in the UI section if i linked them to a key binding on the joystick

I am trying the Map the VR Tracker Spyglass Zoom action to my Warthog TM Throttle hotas JOY_BTN 11 and VR Tracker Zoom action to Wathog hotas TM Throttle JOY_BTN12 but neither will map however they will on the 109K Can someone try this as im not sure if it is my system or a bug I have attached an image of it mapped on my 109k Paul

Baldrick i dont really want to map the other aircraft. I notice it says the the buttons are mapped elsewhere. If i tried this will the other already mapped button be affected Below is a video of the issue Rec 0033.mp4

I have mapped the VR tracker reset base, spyglass zoom and zoom from the head tracker tab ( image 1) for all ww2 aircraft except the Dora and Anton. They wont map When i click on the tab under the Throttle warthog the assignment panel option does not appear that should allow me to map( image 2 & 3) Image 3 shows the BF109 working correctly If i try the joystick warthog tab to map this works fine but it will not work on the throttle tab I have deleted the input files for the aircraft, restarted the DCS and tried this again it does not work I have tried to map in both the main UI from the first screen and the Adjust controls whilst flying neither work Can ED tell me if this is a bug or provide me with a fix Please also see the short video of what is happening Rec 0033.mp4

I have a vr head set and can map some buttons to my throttle in the BF109 as per image 1 ( JOY~BTN17 etc). But when i try this in the DORA ( click on the tab in image 2) the assignment panel does not open and per image 3. Has anyone else had this problem or do you know a work around. I have tried start from scratch by clearing the category but this still does not work

Do we know of Ed is planning to add more AI bomber types such as the Wellington, Heinkel 111, Dornier, liberator for the European theater or perhaps including A fully flyable bomber where you can drop bombs using the Norden site for the B17 and occupy the gunner turrets

starting both engines together helps. If i make sure i move the controllers to all positions pre start up whilst in the sim it resets them. so perhaps that was the issue. Thanks

this problem only seems t affect the right engine Assume left engine running and the setting is green at 66% I then start the right engine( quick click up ) wait for that to reach 23% approx then move the right throttle to idle the rpm counts to 52 then counts down to 0 . I cant seem to start both engines fully? Any suggestions
