Sry I make a mistake and lost my last Version of the server.lua file -.- Dont know why the file is broken now. So I need to remake the cockpitpositions again. Working on it. Upload comes in the next hours. Sry for that. =( EDIT: Here is the readme first file ;) ****extra flyable Aircrafts Mod basic Version**** !!! Please make shure that you make a save copy from your FC2/scripts and FC2/config folder first !!! Delete beta MoD and make shure that all files are deleted. (Its important that all beta Mod folders in /config/Input/Aircrafts are deleted) This Mod includes: - Full 6DOF for alle new flyable and old flyable Planes. - 34 new flyable Planes with working weapons - New Plane BAE_Harrier - Refuleing in the Air with KC10 and IL76M to other players possible - All Planes use their own flight dynamic - Carrier landing with the new flyable Planes are possible now (example F18 ) cooming soon: - new Planes and Models - some other stuff - Cobra manouver for Su and Mig possible Compatible Mods: - Ricardo HD Cockpits - A10 Simmod - F15 Mod (dont install the db_countries.lua from this mod) Not compatible Mods: - Full 6DOF Mod (is integrated) Special thanks to Zorrin (Keyboardsettings creater) , Old Crow (6DOF creating for all Aircrafts), Robin_Hood, Cory and all the other testers =) and to all the people who are working for the next update to give the community more great features =) If you found bugs post it to the Thread in the ED Forum please. Update: First test flying was great. We´re fixing now some little bugs. But a question to the community. The new Airplanes Models are not in now. For this we need more time becouse its a lot of work. So its youre choice. Do you want the efA Mod this Weekend but without nicer Models and the two secret planes. Or do you want to wait longer and have some new nicer Models and a Mod with a much better quality? p.s were searching someone who can help us in make fc1 plane mods working in fc2. If you can do it and want to join the efA MoD Team or help us please write me a PM. Kind Regards little-Dog

Update and Answers: - We will use the Mig29K and F111 slot but not for this aircrafts ;) - Wing Sweeping is not possible to see for your own Aircraft. Only other Players can see it. Its Hardcoded so no way for us to change it now. - all Planes use their own flyght dynamic. That says all I think. Status: Real 6Dof is integratet and working for all planes. Cockpit positions fixe is to 95% done. New Keyboardlayout for each plane is 95% done. Today we plan a big test flight with all efA MoD members and testers if all Keys are working, or if something is missing and if all weapons are working. We plan to bring out the efA MoD basic during the next week. We have some more features like new 3D Models for some AI and now flyable planes. But we need time to integrate it. So I´m not sure if they will integrated in the basic version. More possible is that new 3D Models and maybe cockpits comes with a update in the nex month. Priority is to have a stable and fine working basic efA MoD version so you can use all and create new missions with the new features. And then we will give you better looking Models etc. Kind Regards little-Dog

Refule boom comes out automaticly. And only other players can see it. Its the same for the wing sweeping. Its all hardcoded so we can do nothing at the moment. Sry. The Mod will include a freeflight test mission. Creating more missions is the community part ;) And if the Mod is out I think there will be some servers with multiplayer missions for the efA MoD =)

Known Bugs : - Su30 Cockpit position is wrong (to fix it go in your Lock On FC2/Config/View folder and open the sercer.lua go to CockpitLocalPoint[PlaneIndex.iSu_30] = {4.7875, 0.7128, 0.0} and change it to CockpitLocalPoint[PlaneIndex.iSu_30] = {7.7875, 1.7128, 0.0} - Harrier cannot drop any A/G Weapons although using the proper A10 pit. - Pylons / Weapons on Harrier seem to have wrong placement (see attached image). Maybe it simply cannot carry a 3xMav setup. - Tornados ALARMS or AGM-88s cannot be employed, thats probably a general limitation. Also i did not managed to drop GBU's -The 25TM offers three additional missiles; Kh-31A, Kh-31P, Kh-35 and an additional radar pod. When i select a loadout with any of the above mentioned the weapons and the pod disappear the moment the game is unpaused if the skill was set to either Player or Client. Kind Regards little-Dog

@aBoG42T_Butcher were working on it. So Please wait for the final efA MoD Version. @Stratos we will give a full feature list and trailer movie if we´re finished with the basic version of this Mod.

Update: The first final Version is in Process. We´re working hard on it. Release will be in the next two weeks =) With this Version there will be a big changing and give you more features. The Mod will be start a new Thread and named now efA MoD (extra flyable Aircrafts Mod) Thanks to all people who are working so hard on this now and make this project possible =)

Thx. We know it. Will be fixed in the new Version. This Version is BETA pleas dont forget it. Its just activate the other planes and set the cockpits right. Thats all. The next Version will be named efA MoD basic (extra flyable Aircafts Mod basic) There will all important things working. (All weapons shootable, carrier landing possible with f18/f14, refuleing on il78M enable too)

if you install a mod later which change your server.lua or view.lua or you edit it wrong you will reset all added cockpit positions. So that must be the reason for this error. Check in Mod man if all filey from the mod are green. And reinstall the server.lua and view.lua these two files are important for having the right cockpit positions.

Nope not jet. They sweep thei Wings but only other player can see it. We dont know why. In FC1 it was the same problem. Maybe ED can help us there? About the A-50 and the Radar. We hope we can fix this. Its in work ;)

Hm we test only KC-10 too ^^ Sry for the not working IL-78M we will fixed it with the next version =) Maybe we have forget something. Can happen. There are lot of files we must edit. And you make in one file a mistake all the other files will stop working too. So its testing step by step. And F16 hmm... I dont know. We wiill take a look at it ;) We have a great Team now with scripters, modders and some others. So we can do it =) What we will do next is to make all weapons working for all the new planes. And delete not needed keys and added needed keys and features. So the basix structure is working =) And we will include some other mods whose not working at the moment with our Mod. (real6DOF for example) In my actual Version F-18s and F14 have a working tail hook now =) and yea there are some other suprises ;) Maybe at the end of the next week we will released the new version. After this version we will only add new models, and cockpits ;) ans fix some little problems/bugs. Kind Regards

yeah i write the server.lua 3 times and evertime i kill my file with adding one aircraft ^^ so at the end crow was creating it and he have the same things in it as me. I cant find any differece but his was working and my one not. Crow was add the planes in the server.lua step by step. It means add a aircraft, test flying, add the next one test flying again. So you see in this Mod is a lot of work. And ther comes a lot more things. At the moment we have reached 20% from that we will have in the future ^^ Ah and dont forget to add the lines in the view.lua ;)

First remember its a Beta. So we checked not all the weapons. Please make a save copy from your Scripts and Config folder first (for some people the deinstall is not working correct if the use other mods) If you use other Mods who use some of the modded files the mod is not working if you installed the other mods later and you cant deinstall it right. In the future we will fix it and include some other mods like the real 6Dof and others. And step by step we will changed the cockpits with other new createt cockpits. If somebody want create a cockpit do it we will insert it ;) And we will change some 3D Models if there are new ones. And fix some errors and flightdynamics. So its a very very big project. Mods who working with this Mod are: - Parkingbox Mod - New Tower Mod - F15,Su27 and A10 new Model Mod - Ricardos HD Cockpits (remember that you must install our mod at last) @skeemo: - many aircraft seem not able to drop / release any weapon besides cannon. a quick check in the controls options revealed that there is no "release weapon" entry (RAlt + Space as default). this is for example for the F18C. Will be fixed in the Future like add the keys and delete not needed keys or change the cockpits. If you can give me a list with not working things it will be fine (PM) - YAK40 selecting A2G mode (7) caused CTD. (selected it accidently) Will be fixed in the next version - some planes have a pit that does not serve their abilities. e.g. F16 has the F15 pit, so there is no possibility to release A/G weapons. SU33 Pit would fit better then (as long as there are no modded pits :) ) Will be fixed in the next version and with new cockpits =) Do the new planes use the FlightModel of the pit's plane or do they use their own (simplified?) FlightModel ? They use their own simplifield flight model =) We´re searching for some more testers. If you want write me a PM please. (msn or icq and ts3 is recommendable)

Good News =) First Version of the more FC2 more flyable Aircrafts Mod is finished. What are the disadvantages? -Nothing becouse you can fly on the other servers too. There is changed nothing. Only add some new features! What are the features? - More flyable Planes (with standard cockpits) - Refuling is working. A player can fly now a KC-10 or IL-78M and refuel other Players Planes in the combat Zone. But you can shoot them down. So its not to bad I think. - If you open the canopy from the C-130 in the air your FC2 will crash. Tips: At the Harrier takeoff put your flaps full down and dont pull. If your tail hits the ground you will explode. Its a first version so if you found bugs or have some wishes please write it down here. Its not finished now... have troubles with five planes. If you add for example the mirage to the server.lua all planes have the default cockpit position back. Dont know why at the moment. And the other planes are still in testing if all is working or something create an error and your FC2 crash. So in the next two days you can have a release at lockonfiles.com ;) there is a sepereate Thread about this MOD now =) So if somebody can help to find a solution why the server.lua is not working with the mirage, tornado_ids, Su_30 and Su_39 and the Su_17M4 please tell me.
