Do you unload the Gs by actually easing your hand towards the center position of your stick or you just let it return on its own ?

I had my first flight in the F-4E yesterday and it was Phantastic ! The cockpit is a work of art. The flight model is phabulous as well, and I think this is the first simulated aircraft I have flown that gives some distinctive feedback for its energy state ! Thank you Heatblur !

Hello. I have noticed that I can't make the Antenna elevation function properly in the F-16. When I try to alter antenna elevation I have to return the ANT ELEV knob in the neutral position in order to stop the antenna in the desired position. I have tried also slider option from Axis Adjustment to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated...
