  1. After some thought, I'd say that one of these three options would do: 1) New dedicated trim sensitivity curve or bar 2) Dinamic input (like on the TF-51D for rudder trim, I believe): trimming input increases with the time the key is pressed (but starting from a value lower than it is now) 3) Additional trim keybindings with half the actual sensitivity (for more precise trimming) Of the three, I believe, the last one would be the easiest to implement. :music_whistling:
  2. Exactly! I fly the F-86, too... Sometimes I wonder how they manage to do it in the real planes. Well, of course, they've got aerodynamic forces acting on the surfaces and feedback on the stick but for sure trimming inputs produce much less effect in comparison to what's in the sim... I don't know if implementing this feature would require a lot of tweaking of the code though...
  3. Thank you, Mud! But an in-game setting (i.e. option bar from 1 to 10) would be great...
  4. Hi all! Sometimes I find it difficult to fine trim no fly-by-wire planes since trim control applies too much trim for a given amount of input (I use the hat switch). It would be good if either: - a trimming sensitivity control curve was introduced based on the time the switch (or whatever) is pressed or - a reduction to at least 75% of what is now implemented Thank you!
  5. I posted it some time ago in another thread but I'd better post it here where it belongs :helpsmilie: ------------------------------ Hi all! Last night while I was in a night mission I noticed that the WARNING LIGHT INTENSITY KNOB (right panel) in the FRONT COCKPIT of the L-39ZA is not working (lights are always on). I checked the instructor seat in the L-39ZA and both seats of the L-39C and here's the result: L39ZA Front seat: not working Instructor seat: working L39C Front seat: working Instructor seat: working I hope this gets fixed since the plane is very enjoyable and it is a pity these little imperfections mar the luster of the module.
  6. I've noticed that when switching from Magnetic to True setting in the HSI>DATA>AC page, the HUD cue to a specific point (e.g. TACAN) is moved with the heading scale while it should remain in the same position (only the heading scale should change). Example: Mag var. E 6° Magnetic heading: 000° Bearing (and HUD cue) to TACAN: 000° (right in front of me) When switching to true what happens in the sim is: True heading: 006° HUD cue to TACAN remains at 000° (it moves left along with the heading scale) In reality, only the heading scale should change. The cue to TACAN should be at 006° since the TACAN is still right in front of me.
  7. ...and the warning light knob does not work in the forward cockpit (it does in the rear one).
  8. Thank you!
  9. Hi all! I've got an issue with JTAC calling only type 3 engagements and thus not designating the target group assigned in the mission editor. I've tried all possible combinations but I keep on getting the same reply no matter what... Can anyone help me or direct me to a thread where the issue was discussed and solved? Thank you!
  10. I noticed that... :smilewink: I do enjoy the module but I do also understand there are still bugs here and there.
  11. Working as intended: "IRMV video cannot be displayed on the RIGHT MPCD" - AV88NA Pocket Guide - pag.91
  12. Ramsay, I managed to solve the issue myself. I don't know if this is "working as intended" but it seems the IRMV procedure does work only when the left MCPD is involved in the Maverick selection in STRS, the uncaging and the FWD sensor selection. When using the right MCPD, the FWD sensor selection does not work and the TDC does not show up in the HUD.
  13. Hi all! I've got an issue with the IR Mavericks: I cannot slew the TDC once I uncage the missile. It remains at the VVM and once I press TDC (Action), it puts a diamond marker on the ground which I cannot move. Moreover, the MAV indication on the right side on the HUD never seems to get the "rectangle" around it. What am I doing wrong? Thank you! :)
