After i press tab and all the messages start appearing on the left side of the screen......how do I get it so I can type?

I'm probably missing something but how can you lock up targets using the "ASS" setting. Can you even lock up a moving target and it automatically tracks it?

Thanks for the comments fellas. I figured out that the failure was just for that mission. I'm really enjoying this mig. It just got me back into dcs.....well it and the 109.

I'll have to wait till I get off from work. Do I just paste the track file into the message box as an attachment? I've never done this before.

After coldstarting with a double check of the checklist, I'm experiencing a DC generator failure after about 15 to 20 minutes of flight. I haven't tried this yet but it just popped up in my head, should I turn the gpu off after the engine is started? Is this happening to anyone else?
