Maybe the 40+" size ;)

So, you ignored the title and the text in the OP altogether.

+1....actually plus 1k !!!
Input lag is your worst enemy in DCS, racing sims, FPS etc...
Can you explain what made you think this is a TV?
Hadwell was answering to the people above him that compared this to 4K TVs.

Any chance of releasing a standard Gladiator with a better grip?
-
Also the arguments that Ryzens are too expensive seems so weird. They are about half the price of their Intel counterpart, that seems pretty cheap to me if they are even close on performance, they could even lose a little and still have a lot better value.
Yeah, this is the first complain about Ryzen prices I've seen.

short: i7 got faster: 4.3/4.6GHz +100MHz each
i5 gets HyperThreading...finally...
THANK YOU AMD !!!!!!!!!!
Whoop dee doo. +100 MHz! Only for 50 bucks more!
-
That was an earlier sample. Not final clock speeds.

AMD has yet to be able to deliver consistent drivers for anything they sell.
Again with that lie. Especially from someone that doesn't use AMD hardware. Nvidia for the past year has produced much worse drivers than AMD. And this thing about bad AMDs drivers goes back to ATIs days. That was 10 years ago.
-
Skates, your intentions are good but AMD is still inferior no matter what you tell yourself or what you get out of the benchmarks.
You could not pay me to buy an AMD chip.
Well, Kaby Lake certainly isn't an improvement over Skylake, in fact they have the exact same IPC. Ryzen won't have to be that much faster than older Intel cpu's to catch up to their more modern ones.
-
There are reports of big improvements to draw calls. Can anyone test the drivers and report?
-
The next version, Tobii Eye Tracker 4C, is adding head tracking too.
-
I read today that some of the benchmark guys reportedly used a wrong driver, and there was already an improved one. Still the power issue, but the cards are a bit faster. Still not near the 1070 (yet?) though.
As an AMD fan (or better Nvidia hater), I can tell you that it will never come close to the 1070. It wasn't designed for that.
-
Well i just bought the rx 480 8gb... the problem is that i cant play dcs it crashes i cant even get in any plane
Drivers?
-
From what I've heard, the non-VR numbers are less impressive but still a significant improvement. For me, I was planning to get a 1070 or AMD equivalent before the 1070 was ever hinted at. I typically try to update my GPU every 2 generations. The charts by nvidia I've seen all suggest a substantial improvement over their entire lineup even with the 1070 in all cases, not just VR. I've linked a reputable video below, the technical discussion starts at 3:15 and carries on for the rest of it.
Linus is a known Nvidia fan.

Not according to NVIDIA`s press release
http://nvidianews.nvidia.com/news/a-quantum-leap-in-gaming:-nvidia-introduces-geforce-gtx-1080
Yes, and Maxwell's supposed to support it too, according to Nvidia.
-
The 1080 isn't faster than 2x980ti. It's allegedly faster than them in VR, with their new stereo rendering technology. It should be 20% faster than a 980ti in normal situations.

That can't be good for the testicular health.

What a waste of time. If I had spent time/$ to go to such a lame event, I'd be sending TM the bill. 2020. What a joke. Saitek is not much better off, and ever since the guy who owned CH Products sold it off, they've gone to crap too - no parts after 2 year warranty is up, and the internals look like drunk children are putting them together.
Hey, let's not forget Logitech.
-
Okay, that was definitely underwhelming.
-
New throttle is standalone I guess.
If ED participates in the presentation, could that mean something about the F-18 module getting a stick?
-
That better not be all....
There are two more empty circles on that timeline. Seemingly one for another set of pedals, and one for an advanced hotas.
-
Hmpf, from the Timeline on the presentation it looks like no new top hotas until 2020.
Pitty.
t16000fcs is prob good entry price option, t16000m was allways the way better 3d pro.
Way too stiff for anything other than modern planes.
-
Not the first time this has been done, and I've seen better results too. The wheel wasn't that well placed in the VR world.
-
No toe brakes though?

Has anyone tried the EyeX with the Solus Project? It natively supports EyeX for several features, like selection and depth of field, and some game specific functions.

Does that mean that they will support Europe better than they do now? You really can't buy anything of theirs here.
