Hey Guys, I planned to open an (first of all: free) website to present news about DCS and Lock On. I thought about using Joomla or Wordpress. I would be interested in you opinion. Is it worth to do this project? What name for it? (DSCUpToDate was an idea). Furthermore I need some help to realize this project. It would be great to have one or more "editor" for this homepage. Your job is to find news (in Forums, direct from the Modders, and so on) and write an little article about it on the website. Greetz Fahrenheit

I am planning to make the runway icy, but I currently have to find a solution for smooth transitions int the TGA files, because the transparency is always filled with green grass or something like that I will try it ;) Furthermore I'm gonna try to make the snow a little bit more gray so it doesn't looks that clean. GransSurf was seen in the http://modern-air-combat.de Forum about 2Months ago. I talked with him about the Project but he has to do a lot of work and so it will take some time until he is going to work on the Mod again ;) Fahrenheit EDIT: Just saw, he was online last week so i wrote him a PM and asked him for posting into this thread ;)

And some programmers said that with a little bit off experience in LUA Scripting you can read out nearly everything out of the game. Futhermore can LRM not prevent "the cheater" from pressing his print button rapidly and so on. Just to say, what the thread is really about! Fahrenheit
